Governor Mister Phes Posted January 4, 2006 Author Governor Posted January 4, 2006 This is dreadful news! Count Sneffy claims that Norway is lowly populated so therefore they don't possessed the numbers for a large scale assault. This must indicate they have technology more advanaced than anticipated. After Evil Willy assists Lord Darkness resupply I shall suggest that he and his forces join Captain Starwars4J to continue the assault. Lord Viking and the other captives must be rescued, and if necessary I will dispatch a legion of Conquistors to assist. What are the remaining British forces doing? Britain is become quite a sizable empire these days I've noticed, so you should have troops and ships to spare for the second assault.
Khorne Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 My troops are still holding up at the southern border of Denmark. I don't want to send them in yet, because with all the plages and stuff. I have given the order not to take any POWs to avoid the diseases to spread. All we have done are some raids, but thats all. We've burned some farms and houses, pillaged some cities, but no major assaults yet.
Governor Mister Phes Posted January 4, 2006 Author Governor Posted January 4, 2006 By now the Danes must fear their very existence! Pending attacks from all sides... Diease weakening their forces... Perhaps if they were to change alliances then you could withdraw your attack, afterall you wouldn't want to damage Denmark as its a very important country. ;)
Lost Viking Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 I was just about to say that :) So anyways, Britain has not suffered that much, except for the fact that we believe Lord Viking to have been killed... But there is still a chance that he is alive, or captured. We must save them before they are killed on the 9th. In other means we need a new Admiral, for the time being. We have read Lord Viking's Will and he stated that he would like his son Lord Viking Jr. to be in charge.
Governor Mister Phes Posted January 4, 2006 Author Governor Posted January 4, 2006 If Lord Viking is still alive then the Danes want to use him as a bargaining chip in their negotiations. How valuable is Lord Viking to the British? Were they pleased with him, or were they hoping he go into early retirement? If the British were preferring the latter then perhaps they can let the Danes keep him to do what they pleased, and that way the Dane would have no bargaining power due to British apathy. As Lord Viking Jr. or Lord Viking the II (or III , or IV, or whatever number he is), does he want to rescue his father or is he only too happy to be rid of him? History has shown some sons purposely allow their father to be capture by the enemy as a quick and easy path to the throne. Could this be what has happened here?
Lost Viking Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 As far as I'm conserned Lord Viking was a great Admiral, winning many battles, and paid well. As for his son, I will have to ask him. Who knows what he will say...
Governor Mister Phes Posted January 4, 2006 Author Governor Posted January 4, 2006 Find out what the British want done about Lord Viking I, after this has is settled we can deliver an ultimatum to Lord KimT of the Danes.
Khorne Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Find out what the British want done about Lord Viking I, after this has is settled we can deliver an ultimatum to Lord KimT of the Danes. Hmmm, an ultimatum. I like that *twisted* .
Governor Mister Phes Posted January 4, 2006 Author Governor Posted January 4, 2006 I was thinking something along the lines of: Join us or die. Of course if the British want Lord Viking I to be kept alive it probably wouldn't be a good idea to be so blunt about it - or he might get the chop!
Darkness Falls Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Message To Master Phes: Greetings. I am New Greenland Prime Minister. I have come to say that the pirates you have currently employed to lay seige upon Danesland are outlaws of the New Greenland United Forces. If you do not turn them in, the entire New Greenland United Forces Navy will Attack your fleet. We have over Two Thousand Warships, and numerous creatures at our disposal. We give you twelve days. Respond, or we will consider the silence an act of war.
Governor Mister Phes Posted January 5, 2006 Author Governor Posted January 5, 2006 Are you really the Prime Minster of Greenland? Prove your identity! It seems rather foolish to wage war against your allies. Especially when you would have got immediate cooperation and your request granted had you asked more politely. You may also remember this request: Master Phes, we're in desparate need of some lego food and supplies. So in other words, we need Lego meat for the Dragons, or else they land and "Sith Happens". Are trying to convince me and my allies not to help you? And secondly, are you even aware of what has happened to those pirates? I suggest you apologise for your rudeness and focus on what is important: Capture Denmark.
Darkness Falls Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 It seems rather foolish to wage war against your allies. You're quite wrong. When you employed those pirates, they were fighting for the Republic New Greenland Forces, who had been accused of treason against the New Greenland United Forces. The Rupublic New Greenland Forces and the New Greenland United Forces did not agree on every issue, you see, and we had warned them not to send ships to your aide, being unable to trust you. New Greenland had been split in two for a long time, but ever since those Republic Forces screwed us over and sent those ships, we decided to overtake them. We were victorious, and I was elected Prime Minister. I made it my personal agenda to find the remains of the Republic and crush them. Since they are working for you, I must do what must be done. Master Phes, we're in desparate need of some lego food and supplies. So in other words, we need Lego meat for the Dragons, or else they land and "Sith Happens". As for that message, it was sent by the Rupublic Commander of that fleet, my brother, Falls Darkness. He is the one fighting in Danesland, I am writing this message to you from across the seas in the heart of New Greenland(And, as I'm sure you already know, this message has been sent by Dragonwing to ensure privacy and speed). I am sure he is currently unaware of these messages, so he supposes you still trust him. My offer still stands.
Governor Mister Phes Posted January 5, 2006 Author Governor Posted January 5, 2006 Very well Prime Minister, but you are very foolish to threaten the Inquisition and we do not take to threats lightly. If only you knew what our prime objective was and I can assure its nothing to do with this measily war in Europe... But once again I repeat: Are you even aware of what has happened to those pirates?

Governor Mister Phes Posted January 5, 2006 Author Governor Posted January 5, 2006 I suspect he's bluffing! If you look at the demographics of New Greenland its easily to note how impossible that is. Even if they did have 2000 war ships they wouldn't have the man power to sail them into battle effectively. Its those dragons we must be wary of, but I have a plan underway to take care of those...
Khorne Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Don't fear. Dragons are ancient creatures not capable of withstanding gunpowder and bullets.
Governor Mister Phes Posted January 5, 2006 Author Governor Posted January 5, 2006 That is a very good point, but my biggest fear was being caught under aware by a dragon. However a reptile that large is not easy to conceal and with a good watch and adequate lighting they shouldn't be able to get close enough to do too much damage.
Evil Willy Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 New Greenland! The smell of war is in the air isnt it?Prepare for a masacre!
Darkness Falls Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 In Response: Damn, you knew it was a bluff? Very well. I will not tell you how many are in my arsenal, but it is more than enough. I'll have you know my Midgard Riders are fully capable of aquactic warefare as well, and your petty wooden sailboats are no match against Dragon fire. I give you one last chance. I do not know what my men have been through, but I refuse to let them go. I will not go to war without reason, but those men are reason enough! Ten days, Master Phes! Falls Darkness reporting: The supplies have been retrieved, Master Phes, and we are up and running! We are bound inland, and have looted a few towns, whose prizes will be shared with you! Thank you, Master Phes.

KimT Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 What will it take to have You stop the attack on Denmark - You've fought valiantly and surely You outnumber us. Both sides have taken serious losses and we have a proposal to make. Withdraw now and we shall spare Your lives - continue the agression and You'll have to kill every single Dane there is or be at war with us forever. Should You accept the withdrawal part of the agreement then we'd be happy to sign a truce and non-attack agreement with both the Quebecians and the Spanish Inquisition - did I leave anyone out? KimT *viki*
Evil Willy Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Should You accept the withdrawal part of the agreement then we'd be happy to sign a truce and non-attack agreement with both the Quebecians and the Spanish Inquisition - did I leave anyone out? By the way my good sir its Quebecois...Its French. As for the truce I shall only sign if it also includes that the rest of your troops shall fight along our side to destroy New Greenland...We also want to be able to use your land to our needs. Included in that is the cure for the plague which is ravaging your lands... Mister Phes what do you think of this agreement? If anythign else comes to mind please add it. If we all come to agree on this...Than sign it we shall.
Governor Mister Phes Posted January 6, 2006 Author Governor Posted January 6, 2006 What will it take to have You stop the attack on Denmark - You've fought valiantly and surely You outnumber us. Both sides have taken serious losses and we have a proposal to make.KimT *viki* We'd like to make an alliance with you and safe passage to the sacred sites. We believe Denmark to be the cradle of life, the mother country if you will, where our existence began! Withdraw now and we shall spare Your lives - continue the agression and You'll have to kill every single Dane there is or be at war with us forever. This was never our intention in the first place, but when you annouced your arrival into this war some time ago, you mentioned... Again we shall raid Lindisfarne and if necessary torch Spain and her bastard son Portugal. Vive Le Roi - torch the rest *viki* We grew cause for alarm and thought you may interfer with our plans. So we provided you with some persuasion to enable you to see things differently. :^D Should You accept the withdrawal part of the agreement then we'd be happy to sign a truce and non-attack agreement with both the Quebecians and the Spanish Inquisition - did I leave anyone out?KimT *viki* There was are the Prussians and The Republic of New Greenland. Captain Grey Beard did assist but has since left to go in pursuit of treasure. I all shall command them to withdraw any troops or future attacks so long as the civillians may also have passage to the scared sites... But first the other nations invovles must agree!
Evil Willy Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 Well I said I agreed so I do..But I would like for the soldier who can fight come with me to New Greenland and attack..Read my preposal Sir.

I didn't become leader of the mighty Inquisition without gaining a basic understanding of warfare tactics! You are obviously not familiar with iron cladding and how effectively it shields against fire. We have dosens of dragon counter measures currently in development and some will be ready within a day or so. Dragons might have the ability to breath fire but they are nothing more than big lizards! I also grow tired of asking this so I am going to amplify this for you. For the third and final time!!! Do you even know what happened to those pirates you refer to? In Response:Falls Darkness reporting: The supplies have been retrieved, Master Phes, and we are up and running! We are bound inland, and have looted a few towns, whose prizes will be shared with you! Thank you, Master Phes. Excellent! Willy has come through with the goods but Denmark want to form agreement with us so you can hold off any future attacks if you wish to partake in it. I'd say your more immediate threat lies with your brother. After an agreement has been established with Denmark it would be in our best interest oust him from New Greenland and for his rudeness the Inquistion would very much like to torture him. :^D Lord Viking II, have Majesto ready the Dragon Knights! Our primary defense against dragons will be dragons!!!
