The Inquisition and it's allies versus the French and it's allies. That cannot be done because France was only allied to Denmark and they have changed their alliance to the Inquisition. The North American tribes have no allies, nor does New Greenland, while the Private parties of the North America are neutral. For anyone who hasn't seen... The first post on page one has been updated!!! There are now rules. Remember it check it regularly because it details the alliances and lets you know who is participating and who can be conquered. Feel free to provide feedback on the rules as to whether they are suitable and what amendments or additions can be made to them.

We have retreated the men of Terra up north to find suitable land after the waterways started being purified and discovered New Greenland's Twin Island, Old Greenland! Oh, you might want to know how we are purifying it, eh? The poison that was put in the waterways was of a powdered sort, so we set up large tarps over the waterways, damming off certain areas so the flow would stop. We sent Dragon Riders to heat the water, turning it to steam. The stem rose up, but was caught in the tarps, leaving the poisonous powder behind. We quickly extracted the powder before the steam fell and returned to the liquid state. We got the idea from a cooking pot. interesting! Anyway, it will take us a long time to purify the rest of the wters, so we went in search of new land. It is a dangerous area, though, because of all the lost Dragon breedings going on. They are wild and free. It will take longer to tame them as well. Please, be wise and postpone our differences for a joyous celebration! New land allows us to populate more instead of creating slums in New Greenland. We want to show our gratitude to the one who put us in the state of emergency by poisoning our waters and forcing us to find Old Greenland. We say, a meeting of joy is in order! Danish territory shall be the place, since it is somewhat nuetral because of the recent battles. We will deliver supplies for the feast. Bring pirates, leaders, anything. We want to show our thanks for staying in a state of peace. Oh, don' t worry. Only the Mrime Minister and I will be There, so bring your men if you feel we are untrustworthy. We want this to be a sort of... Olympic-like gathering like the ones of ancient Greece. Friendly, even in times of war. Gather. Phestivities in Denmark aye? Denmark is also very appropriate as it the land of all our origin! By "Olympic Gathering" who does this invitation extend to? Just the Inquisition or its allies as well? Their country has recieved extensive damage after it was attacked a couple of weeks ago so the Danish are probably in need of a good feast :-D However if by "feast" you mean to destroy them, then there's hardly any point because there's nothing to gain from it. Or if "feast" mean to feed them, then by all means go ahead, they badly need it! Breaking News The Leader of Belguim, Count Sneffy has gone missing. Kidnapped, assassainated or otherwise is unknown but without him Belguim will not have a strong leader to defend them against invasion. Belguim is ripe for the taking...

But im sure new greenland has something to do with it for they have been the leaders of all the mess going on latley...
Governor Mister Phes Posted January 11, 2006 Author Governor Posted January 11, 2006 We cannot immediately accuse New Greenland without solid evidence, but I do agree they are a prime suspect after recent activities, however as a token of good will they are agreeing to hold celebrations in Denmark (Although this may be a trap). I'm not exactly sure what they mean by "feast for the Danish" (The Inquisition uses a different dialect you see) but if it means attack we cannot let that happen. I've been trying to convice them that Denmark is now useless, but they are smart and I suspect they know what lies within Denmark... The Inquisition shall delegate some of its very own detectives to investigate the matter of Count Sneffy's disappearance. Anybody else wishing to make a contribution may do so.

The original figure was 1000 which is too unnrealistic even for this fantasy war. Remember 1000 ships require 1000 captains, and not even today are there are 1000 British captains capable of commanding a warship. 10 ships is quite sufficient for a naval assault in the mid 16th century. But with the ailing mental health of the Prime Minister can this event be organised without things going drastically wrong? Also have you heard the news of Count Sneffy's disappearance and Belgiums vulnerability? We're not sure why he has disappeared or who is behind it but we were currently conducting an investigation. It appears they have not elected a successor to Count Sneffy and their political system has gone into anchary. Without a strong leader it is of great concern that Belgium could be invaded in the future.

Lord Viking Jr. The Inquistion offered to provide Britain with assistance to retireve Lord Viking I however Britain reported that Lord Viking II like being in command too much to care about his father's safe return. So Britain wishes to break the alliance with the Spanish Inquistion and wage war against us? Rest assured by the time your fleet reaches Spanishes waters we have counter measures against your attack in place. Now would be an excellent time to reconsider your attack as the ever-forgiving Inquistion will grant you clemency.
john cleese Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 i am proff millenium of the time twisters, we have just arrived and noticed this large war. and as a hispanic by decsent I offer my infernal contraptions to the armada so they may defeat lost viking and his british fleet. If the armada offers us treasure to power our machines off of in return. We will try to mess things up in the past so the british have a weak economy or dont exist at all, we could try killing the very first british person, but that might create a paradox that would effect the spanish in a bad way. Anyway i hope the mighty conquistador sees how our services could be very useful to him. we are currently stationed in china, for no apparent reason, other than thats where we ended up after the journey. We arent sure if our trains can hold out esspecially in the event that another building would fall on them, so it would be much appreciated if you sent a small batch of blue and black bricks over along with a large bath tub, as the original bath tub in my whirling time warper is breaking. I assure you we will make the british empire crumble! :^D

Well conquistador phes, they are vessels ,like ships are vessels, but they transport one from one place to another on land instead of sea. These trains have a long segmented shape and they are mainly used for transporting goods and people. Perhaps if you dont want me to alter the timeline, then you would be interested in harnessing the power of these vessels, they could send your troops rations and weaponary one hundred times more efficiently! but please note i would proably, be able to produce only two and they wont have to run on "tracks", which i wont explain to you about. And if your scared this might give rise to a paradox, then im sure maybe the british will give me the resources i request in exchange for a train or two. for now i offer you three time traveler colleuges of mine to spy on the british, as they plan future attacks that they havent even yet contemplated. and the blue bricks i speak of, are the original blue, what other color would a distinguished proffesser like my self use? but be warned conquistador, should you not accept my offer i will allie myself with the british. They wouldn't be able to comprehend what they are and become fearful of you which unfortunately may lead to your demise and we definitely don't want that. Since you're in China do you have good relations with them? I know some of Sun Tzu's Art of War but I'd like to learn more and I can only learn this from the Chinese, perhaps you could become an Ambassador for the Inquisition so we could establish some form of alliance or trade agreement with China. I've began to sow the seeds.

You might as well have made this a topic for a very early "world wwI" that has nothing to do with lego. Yes i have some futuristic items but none of them are weapons, the time twisters weapons are all medival and even less advanced than what you guys have. So if i was to obtain futuristic weapons, i'd have to go to great time hopping lengths to aqquire them, and i cant do so until i recieve the resources ive mentioned. I did consider the europeans would be too afraid of the technology, but you allowed viking to use black magic, which was widely shunned through-out europe. So you see i went to great lengths to make my situation as dire as yours. might i also mention, i'm not gonna come back with some kind of laser cannon from the future and kill you all, in fact i dont care if i win or lose, as i'm more about the literacy, so please dont put my idea under such close scrutiny. I am not gonna continue developing my character until we get this worked out, for obvious reasons :( . and ps: remeber i was the first one to accurately call you conquistador :)

It doesn't sound like an idea coming from a Prime Minister with failing mental health. Also, in what way is New Greenland in turmoil? Mysterious Messenager, yes we recieved the waxhead several days ago with the instruction to melt it in order to retrieve a message inside. The head was sent off to a secured location to be tested for safety and have the note extracted. I believe they have extracted the note however more pertinent issues such as the thread of a British attack and the disappearance of Count Sneffy of Belgium have delayed me from reading it. The bird gets sent back with each reply, otherwise how else do you think you're recieving this messages? :D

The nature of this topic has evolves since its creation, so whatever was said months ago is obsolete and what's written in the first post of this thread is relevant. When I began I had no idea how it would go, but over time it has changed and in the past few days the other participants have been asking for rules to make it fair for everyone. So on Sunday night I devised a few rules (which can be found in the first post of thist thead) while I was a bit hungover, so I'm awaiting feedback on them. So they're not finalised and if anybody disagrees with them or has better ideas then let me know. The problem with Time Twisters an Cruisers is this... Imagine a movie like Pirates of the Caribbean... Its highly fictional with fantasy elements yet these elements have their limitations and must be compatible with the genre. So its acceptable to have walking skeletons and fish people, but if there was a Twisted Time Train flying across the screen, most people would say "That's totally out of place". Does that make sense? and ps: remeber i was the first one to accurately call you conquistador Ah yes, well personally I don't like to be called a Conquistador myself. I like to think of the conquistadors as soldiers, wheras I, myself is a ruler! Anyway, what are your thoughts on being an ambassador for Inquistion?

Keep that war room organised, it would appear you need to establish some form of filing system. Things move quickly in this thread so be sure to read it often and conbritute frequently otherwise you'll be left behind, (if you can handle it that is) and that applies to anyone who wishes to participate. There is now the option to conquer those who fail to report after a certain period of time :^D (Rules pending finalisation however)

So perhaps it be best if we see what New Greenland intends to do to regain our trust, rather than attacking them. As for the British, apparently they have 10 warships headed towards Spain, I have commanded 8 War Galleons to intercept them with another 4 on the way, however they have been on patrol and won't reach the other 8 for upto 24 hours.
