The only problem that I see is that an non-US keyboard layout the "X" key is inthe bottom right corner and the "Z" is next to "T" so you have to twist your fingers a bit.

I think you mean non-QWERTY keyboards. I have a US and a UK keyboard and all the alphanumeric keys are in the same place because they are both QWERTY keyboards. The only difference is the layout of some of the SHIFT key options.
