Brickster, is it okay if my character secretly fancies Howard?

Secretly?

Howard, wait up! I love yooooooouandohcrapIjustsaidthatoutloud....

Nicely done.

Not a secret anymore I guess...

And thanks. It took about 3 tries to write that correctly!

Ah, love is so hard.... to write I mean! Shadows!!!

I'm not saying a word, but there's plenty of lube over at the train shed if you need it. :look:

Hehehe, if it wasn't for ImperialShadows, where would this mystery be?

Hey TheBrickster, so far this mystery rocks! I really appreciate how much effort and time you are clearly putting into this. Keep it up ay?

And how long do these mysteries usually run for?

Yay, more players!

But in my opinion this game desperately needs more female characters, TheBrickster, no matter what the gender of the player is.

Just to let you all know, I have lost internet privileges at work so I will only be able to post when I have time at home amongst family commitments. I am still enjoying the game, just wont be as regular a poster, though looking at some of my posts that may be a good thing

Aw, bugger. Due to your boss getting narked that you are always on a LEGO forum?

Poor ISC :cry_sad:

Batbrick, do you actually read anything but the last post in the thread? *huh*

Was going to ask the same thing.

Guys, one more thing - don't forget that we have to be AIMING at something here. Saying the first thing that comes to mind isn't of much use when we're trying to make friends with the local farmer & his son and ensure a) our own survival, b) a way of getting on with the journey.

Did I say we? I meant "you".

Batbrick, do you actually read anything but the last post in the thread? *huh*

Sorry, I was in a real rush this morning because I slept in, just ignore that if you want.

Batbrick Away!

...And another two go down to an exploding still. That farm group isn't having much luck, are they?

I know! Our gamemaster is ruthless! :oh:

Hope he doesn't blow me up when I point out that our topic is in desperate need of updating. We can't do anything before you confirm our actions, TheBrickster. See how nice we are, waiting so patiently for you now?

I second that.

Group A is rather quiet, too. Come on, guys, we can't all live in America!

Awww Damn! This is why I didn't want to move anywhere, TheBrickster is ruthless!

Batbrick Away!

What the ruck? How did I blow up with Austin? I'm not even in that group.... right?

We may have discovered the johnson rod, soooo... yes, I guess. Considering we can all sleep and earn our life points back. I sure hope that's the johnson rod.

Don't worry, we won't excoriate you.

The group has decided to go to the hotel and attempt to get a good nights rest, as well as possible in the strange town of Willoughby.

After leaving the town hall with relief that the Mayor's car was not booby trapped, the group of six enter the small 2-floor hotel. The Mayor indicates that the Willoughby Hotel is under renovation and is actually closed, but since they are guests in the town, they may stay the night. "It may not be the best place right now, but it should provide you a warm bed and a relaxing evening", the Mayor adds.

Inside is a small guest counter with a worn guest register. The mayor recommends that each of the group take a moment and sign in "just for the record" before selecting one of eight rooms within the hotel. "Please write your name and select a room number (1-8). I believe room #6 is the only room that you can't stay in (renovation and all)", the Mayor instructs.

Glad I'm not in that group. :look:

Then again, I am sleeping in a barn.

I'd like to stay in room number 3. Do we stay alone or can I bring Schmelt with me?

Well well well! :pir_kiss:

Well well well! :pir_kiss:

*watches as they sign the register* "Mr and Mrs. Schmith"

Thanks everyone for waiting patiently to not get too far ahead of the story.

I usually post once in the early morning (my time zone), and a few times later in the evening. Today I realize some of you had to wait a little longer, but definately better late than never.

Sorry about the blooper regarding Jim Butcher. I was rushing this AM to get the still picture posted before I left the house. In my efforts, I wrote Jim indstead of Bulldog. Sorry Bulldog, but tag your it! There's 24 participants, with just 1-2 not posting regularly. I think that's pretty good.

In any case, the mystery continues, this time with Max during his climb up the dark stairs.

Well worth the wait! That still is such a nice build! Excellent work! I love exclamation points!

Poor Max! :cry_sad: Just so you know, that meat cleaver has nothing to do with me. I reccomend you cauterise the wound by lightly sauteeing Max on a hot barbeque for 5 mins.

Arin is a frisky filly, isn't she? I think she's just doing it to save the pony... Schmelt Schmidt schcoresh!
