Envy :alien:

Thanks for the review, I know I'll be looking out for theses online (UK based means no Space Police :cry_sad: ) Good and helpful pictures. Love the Policeman's uniform. Is the cyclops' helmet harder plastic or soft rubber stuff?

Thank you for showing the sets, I like the police dog. Snake is cool, but not the best Alien by far.

It's hard plastic, probably ABS or PVC.

wow very cool ! I love the "cyclop" .. it helmet, head and torso are very interesting.

Awesome review Master-Evil, and awesome username as well. Love the robo-dog impulse, though I'll definitely get both of them. Cyclops (yet seemingly has many eyes) is a great fig and definitely worth the price. I can see many uses for that helmet too. And finally a visor that works on that Dino Attack helmet! This will be so useful for post-apoc.

Again, great reviews!

Batbrick Away!

Love the Robo-k9 impulse.

But, Snake's flying app doesn't do it for me. I think I'll get it just for Snake. The helmet can also be used for trolls.

The first thing that struck me was that the cyclops looks very greek. And the cyclops set looks like something I'd buy two or three of just to make something better. Oh, did you get any more Space Police sets? Wouldn't mind seeing the gold one.

Those sets both look amazing, but the K-9 impulse caught my eye. I've gotta buy that impulse a ton of times- I love that torso, and look! Printed pants! Thanks for this review Master-Evil! I also like the reflective, shiny visor.

Is the visor from Police new piece? Is look bigger and shiny!

No, visor is a standard visor in opaque black.

Helmet is same as used in e.g. Dino 2010. In that theme they did not put visors on this helmet, but used normal crashhelmet for the guys with the visors.

The visor fit the "open helmet" used in Space Police fine though.

Front

I really need to start going to stores more often, I'm missing out.

Anyway, thanks for the pics, my fave is the Policeman one, the alien is just too ugly. :sceptic:

Thanks for reviewing this! I just have one question: Is the helmet on 8399 pearl black? Thanks again :sweet:

Just plain "shiny" black, but I guess that's what you mean.

BTW:

@Master-Evil

Sorry to bother with this, but I don't get the 2nd Pic of the alien. Is his helmet on backwards? Or did you pull it down? Can we get an isometric view of the helmet? I'm really intrigued by this new design(it IS new, right?).

It on backwards and it is a new helmet! :classic:

Nope, I only have these 2 sets.

Simple black.

Can we get an isometric view of the helmet?

Yup, I'll do it tomorrow.

Thank you for the nice review.

I found this a nice cheap way to get the alien and a spacecop. The robodog is very nice, but the flyer is not so special.

Impulse on!

Prelim pics have a black visor on the alien helmet. Without it, it seems goofy, IMO. Guess you get an extra one in the K9 set (and most sets), so you can modify it if you wish.

The visor may not be part of this small impulse set, but the larger set with Snake has a visor for him, and show how to add in in the building instructions. The helmet is in my opinion fine with or without visor. But it really only work with the visor up, visor down on this helmet looks kind of odd.

I like Snake's head print.

But the torso is wierd, the eye in the middle of his chest looks too much like a belly button at first glance, silly.

wow the robotic dog is really a neat and cute idea! kudos to TLC for that! The alien figure looks really weird...
