I bought a spider droid and a stormie BP in one transaction and got 1 chrome DV and then went back and bought 4 more stormie BPs in another transaction and got another chome DV :D

I don't have the cash to pay for £30 MORE of Lego as well as what I've already got unless new Star wars Summer sets come out soon before the chromie stocks run out. I'm saving enough money for Summer sets only - not excessive January stuff.

i think it was the "cheapest" way to get a chrome DV ... I just have to keep hold of the other sets I bought for a while and then sell them on :)

Well, I rushed down to TRU this afternoon hoping that they would have a few Chrome DVs left, so imagine my surprise when I saw hundreds of them in a box behind the promotions counter! I ended up buying the X-wing at the increased price of 45 pounds , but I can't complain because its my first Han and Leia and I figure that the 5 pounds (or something) extra it cost is worth it for chrome Darth.

Might need to get a second one though...

Is the release date in UK TRU for the new summer sets still June/July? I was thinking about getting another DV with the new sets if the offer is still on. Shops here tend to end great offers when new stuff comes out.
