Adam Posted September 28, 2009 Posted September 28, 2009 "How was that?" Adam asked the figure in the shadows. Only a select few knew the identity of this man - and Adam wasn't one of them. He kept his distance. The person's voice was distorted through some device, to make it harder to discover his identity. "Planting that device and the note in the man's pocket was clever. But do not dare take credit for the fake core. You know perfectly well that it was our idea." Adam rolled his eyes. "Sure, yeah, I just did all of the work. Now when am I getting that charge? The human part of me is getting stronger." After a long pause, the other man spoke. "In time. Patience is a virtue." Adam almost rolled his eyes again, but stopped himself. "Alright, alright! Just tell me what to do next." Elsewhere, an alien scientist paced around a table. Seated atop it was a metal thermos. He turned to his page and asked for the time. "Is it sundown on Earth already? I hope those humans are heading in the right direction... Otherwise, the plan is ruined." The page, Assistant #210, took his cue. "Don't worry, sir, everything will be fine."

"-and that was the last we heard of them before our tanks were decimated." a soldier said. "That's not good, those were some of our best tanks." a general said. "This team is very important to me, you must find them." Bob said. "If we find them, they will also be a valuable asset for us." the general said. The three of them looked away from their map, and out the window. "We are much more organized, we're also gaining more and more troops by the day." the general said. "With the phantoms and most of the robots out of the picture, we should be able to gain the upper hand in this war." Bob said. "Plus our factories are rolling out more and more equipment daily." a soldier added. A messenger ran into the room, he seemed out of breath and excited. "Sir! The President, he's coming here!" "What?" The general asked. "He's bringing with him leaders from other countries, it's a peace confrence." the messenger added. "Perhaps now we can finally be a unified country rather than smaller tiny countries at war." the soldier said. "We shall finally be one nation, one Earth." Bob said. The United States and the humans aren't always usless. The population is increasing, and the armies of the world are being more powerful. They're also becoming one giant Earth, I'll post info about the confrence before I leave the bunker and head out to find you guys. Also, almost ALL of the robots and ALL of the phantoms, except Clyde are gone. However, next should be those nanobot things and a possible alien invasion.

Wait I can probably find him with the Detectix. Hey! Don't you need to drive this thing? Asked Melody. Oh It's been on autopilot this whole time! Said C.C. Well then why have you been messing with the steering wheel? Asked Zach. Because then it looks like I know what I'm doing! Said C.C. Know give me the Detectix! Okay. Said Melody handing him the Device. Huh apparently he is stuck on... ADAM! Said C.C. So what can you do? Asked Eskallon. Well I cannot hack into his system but I can find out some information. Said C.C. Location-U.S.A earth. Model-A.D.A.M Directive- To destroy. Creator- Dr. Brian. Said The Detectix. Dr. Brian?!?! Shouted C.C. Wasn't he in the letter!?

"Do you know who he is?" asked CC. "Yes, he's one of the world's leading technological developers... he made the Detectix, I believe. But apparently, he stole the idea from the guy who wrote this letter," she said. "You mean that lizard guy?" asked John. "Exactly. Ever since the accident, he's been trying to find a cure. Now that he has undying wealth, he's probably found a cure by now," responded Melody. "No, actually. He hasn't. He's still good old lizard man," said Zach. "Wells didn't design Adam, he designed the technology used. The organic technology. A new level in bioscience," said Sam. "Does the Detectix say anything about how to destroy him?" asked Eskallon. "No... no weaknesses. None at all. But there has to be a weak point somewhere, maybe on the inside," said CC.

I can't wait! But could you please use "quotation marks" when the characters are talking? Without them, it's kind of confusing.

No plot changes that I can think of but just a heads up one of the creators of the 2nd gens will be guarding the core is that okay? I already made a model of the 2nd gen monster and I even customized some parts for it. He kind of looks like a 2nd gen mixed with Zephon.

user Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 "we're here!' Said C.C as they parked the car on the roof of a building. "This is disgusting!" Shouted Zach looking at the parts of the building that was made out of organic human material. "hey I think I found a entrance!" Said Melody. "Cool let's go inside!" Said Mark. Slowly the team crawled inside the entrance to the factory where the core was hidden. Suddenly a strange scorpion like 2nd gen came and told them to leave immediately in an unusually sophisticated voice. "please leave now I am the keeper of the core and I do not wish to harm you leave now or you will perish" Said the strange humanoid. Jack quickly shot a hole in its torso with a beam. "That seemed easy." Said Jack. "Yeah too easy!" Said C.C connecting a wire to the robot. "Haha! I am afraid it has only just began!" Said the sophisticated voice again. "Huh? Where is that voice coming from?" Asked Clyde. Suddenly the lights turned on to reveal a huge robot and several cranes and doodads hanging from the ceiling. "Right here!" Said the creature. The creature seemed to be surviving off two jars of alien looking organs. "come and get me" Said The creature. Sorry guys I'll finish it tomorrow when I get home from school so please don't post for just a little bit longer! thanks!

Said Melody stunned. "Um.. guys?" Said C.C. "Not now techboy!" Said Zach. "I think I see the core on his tail!" Said Melody. The group rushed over to the thing. "Oh you want this don't you?" Said the creature holding out a glowing device. "I'll give it to you for the Detectix! Oh please pardon my manners I am Drone one I have created the 2nd gen life forms. Amazing creatures aren't they?" Said Unit one. "Those are no lifeforms you useless excuse for a robot!" Shouted Jack. "Robot? I am no robot! I am a God!" Said Unit one. "You are no god you are not even alive!" Said Zach. "Oh I love a good fighter! Maybe instead of processing you like your friends I will give you the opportunity of being lunch instead!" Said Nit one followed by an evil cackel. Jack blasted a hole in what looked like unit one's torso. "I got the core quickly let us destroy it!" Said Jack blasting apart the core. Jack turned around looking at the gap in unit one as is healed as fast as it appeared. "Why did you do that!?!? Do you ever think before your actions!?!" Screamed C.C louder than anybody has ever heard him before. "What I just saved the day?!?!" Said Jack. "Don't you see that he let us have it? That was actually a lock to limit the creatures power! I tried to tell you before but Zacharoni and cheese here wouldn't let me finish! His circuitry goes throughout the entire building!" Said C.C. Suddenly the cranes hanging from the ceiling began to move towards our heroes and the floors began to move. "This place is a living building and you activated it! You've doomed us all!" Said C.C. Bob Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 Bang Crash Boom A missile flew through a window on the other side of the building, exploding on a crane that was about to crush a few of the team. "What the hell was that?" Jack asked. "The would be the modern marvel called a missile." a voice said from the door. Bob and several dozens of marines and commando's rushed into the building, they were about to fire on the drone. "No, stop!" C.C. said. "Why?" a commando asked. "This building is connected to the drone, destroying it would destroy us!" "Oh, I see." The commando's turned and fired at the cranes that flew around. "Bob!" Melody yelled. "You're back!" "Yes, I am." Bob said. "Mind telling us how you lived?" Zach asked. "I don't think this is the time for that now..." The floor opened near a group of marines, sending them to their deaths. "Agreed, we'll ask you later." Eskallon said. "Hold on, I'd like to scan him to make sure he isn't a robot." C.C. said. "Go right on ahead." Bob said. C.C. made his scans, after getting the clear, the team continued on while the soldiers battled the building.

It squeezed and the Marine screamed, before exploding under the pressure. "Eww!" exclaimed Melody "I thought you liked gore?" said Mark, shooting one of the cables. Suddenly all the machinery stopped. Everyone fell silent as the far door opened. A human salamander in a uniform walked out of it, grinning menacingly. "Greetings my fellow man. My name is Brian Wells. I think you have all met my little mutant friends around the cities you have visited." "I thought you would tie in somewhere you freak." siad Melody "A bold one aren't you!" said Wells, with a fake smile. His claws clenched. "Now, this Unit One creature before us...it is not like anything I have seen." "Bow before me!" the creature roared "I think I know what it is." said Zach who looked depressed "As do I. You are alien, aren't you?" Wells asked, still wearing his fake grin. His long tongue slithered out his mouth and he hissed. "We have travelled galxies, ridden on the waves of the Ziron Xanthon itself. You dare question such a bieng?" "Well, I wouldn't ask otherwise now, would I?" "RAAAAR!!! YOU INSIGNIFICANT LITTLE BALL OF SLIME!" The creature lifted its tail and swatted Wells through the window. He landed on his transport a few floors below. "Lets get out of here." he said to the pilot, who nodded. Meanwhile, Jack had managed to reach the alien's life support system. Wires poured out of it. He scanned it. He isolated one wire, and pulled it out the socket. The alien stopped moving and fell to the floor. "Shit! Is it dead Jack?" "No. I think he can't move, but can still think perfectly fine." "Finish him!" shouted John "He may be the key to destroying the Second Gens!" "Wait! I am a Second Gen!" cried Zach "Don't do anything yet!" "Yeh! Are you just gonna kill him, me and Robert?" Adam ran towards Zach, pulling out a knife. Bob shouted orders to his troops. They aimed and fired. Adam felt the bullets rip through him, but the system installed in his brain fixed the wounds. A soldier stood between him and the group. Adam transported himself next to him, and with a quick movement of his knife he sliced open the throat of the Soldier. The man gurgled and collapsed. "Enough!" bellowed Clyde "There will be no more murder today!" Adam gasped as Clyde flew full speed towards him. He hit him in the chest, sending them both tumbling into a pile on the floor. "Jack! Give the core you have left to Robert!" instructed Zach "How did you know?" "It wasn't hard to figure out. Do it now!" Jack tossed to core to Robert, who swallowed it. "I'll end this, here and now!" said Zach "Give me your gun!" John tossed his pistol to Zach, who walked to Melody. He looked in her eyes and kissed her. He smiled at her, then Jack. "No Zach!" Jack cried "You moron! Don't do it!" pleaded Melody, pulling him back. "I have to. I'm so sorry." Zach turned his head and aimed at the life support. He felt his heart beating. Yes. This is the right thing to do. He fired one shot. The canister of organs exploded, the creature squealed and disintergrated, as did the Second Gens all round the globe. Zach started to feel cold. So cold. The light through the window glowed ever brighter. He felt the cold floor suddenly embrace his body. Everything went black. END OF CHAPTER 2 Continue discussion in the Index thread. "Yeh, I'm fine." he got up and walked to the truck they were given by Bob. There was silence. The gang were sitting on a cliff looking out over the sea. Jack was munching on a banana. "Shit." he said "What is it?" "Three weeks doing nothing. Just traveling around. No aliens, nobody." "Why are you even complining about this?" asked Eskallon in a raised tone "Our troubles might be over." "C'mon Esk! We killed an alien general! You honestly expect them just to wander off to another galaxy?" "...No..." "Since Zach...you know...we have done diddly squat. We need to get help." "From whom? Bob has left with Zach's body, Adam as prisoner, and his little gang of marines." replied Mark "We should have gone with them." muttered Melody "Atlast. She speaks." said Jack, almost sarcastically Melody glared at him and got up. She breathed deeply and walked away along the cliff edge. "I'll go with her." said John Just Jack, Eskallon, Robert and C.C sat by themselves. Jack finished his banana and tosserd it over the edge of the cliff. A seagull screeched excitedly overhead. Suddenly Clyde apparated next to C.C, who jumped badly. "Sorry. I got dinner!" he lifted three rabbits. "Yum!" said Eskallon "I'll set up a fire and skin them. Or should Melody do that..." "I will join you." Clyde said smiling Not again. Just me and tech boy. thought Jack C.C took out a device and pressed something. Jack couldn't help being curious. "What's that?" he asked, his one eyebrow raised "Scanner. Just seeing what is in the sea." Jack just stared. "What?! I'm bored." "Okaaay." "Hey! There is a shipwreck over there!" he said, pointing to their left. Jack nodded, not impressed. "There is a crashed fighter over there." said Jack, pointing to the right. "How'd ya do that?!" Jack smiled and tapped his nose. "I wish my goggles could do what your eye does." "It ain't all good you know." said Jack "What do you mean?" "I can see things others can't. Chance of survival, X-Ray...you know." Jack looked at C.C. "Nice pants." "Gah!" cried C.C, standing up "Ha ha! Just kidding. Why would I look there?" "Dunno." said C.C, sitting down again, grinning. C.C slowly panned over the sea with his scanner. It bleeped. "Oh my!" "I don't like the sound of that." "Look Jack! There is a building! Under the water!" "Huh?! Where?!" Jack snatched the scanner from C.C. He looked up, mouthing something. "Urm...Can I have that back please?" "No! Wait a minute. 50.98.32... There! I got it!" "Got what? The building?" "It ain't just a building! It is a base a some sort! I can see submarines!" "You can x-ray the water too? Sweet!" "We need a boat. That thing is very far out."
