ADHO15 Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Boy: the books where? PQ: Where is the pendulum room? Also, what albility to destory/unlock the shing locks/stuff? -sologuy369 I think the boy was in Professor Flitwick's Wingardium Leviosa classroom (the left one). Go up the stairs you make to find a bookcase at the very back. Use Wingardium Leviosa to shift the books across the shelf. Keep doing this until the books are back in their original places and the character token will appear. The pendulum/pixie room is through the first Defence Against The Dark Arts classroom (at the top of the stairs in the large hall). I think you need a dark character to open the gates under the stairs to the DADA office. When you've done that, just go inside and into the pendulum/pixie room. To destroy metallic objects, you need Reducto. You can learn this as Harry, Ron and Hermione in Year 4 from Professor Moody, or you can use the Polyjuice Potion to turn into a more experienced character who knows all the spells already. Hope that all helped. Quote

Sorry if this was mentioned. Quote
CF Mitch Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 (edited) The characters aren't moving inside the circles by the stud amounts. Why? Is it my TV or what? What exactly do you mean? Do you mean in Madam Malkins' shop, where you buy the characters? Otherwise I can't see what stud amounts have to do with it And I was, once again, wondering of you guys could help me out. In the 'Dragons' level, and I need the Hufflepuff crest-piece. But according to my detector, I can get it by doing something with the piano that makes the green dragon sleep. But I'm having trouble figuring out what I have to do here I already tried a lot of different melodies 'nd stuff, so could anyone please help me? Thanks again! CF Mitch Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Ah, I see. Thank you very much ^^ Now, I also need a Slytherin crest-piece in the Philosopher's Stone level 'A Jinxed Broom'. But it seems to be at a higher part, and I don't know how to get there. Do you guys happen to know this already? Thanks so much! CF W Quote
ADHO15 Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 (edited) You see the dragon sleeps, and zzzzz, the zzzz have colours, do that colours on the pianno. Isn't it always yellow, for Hufflepuff? Now, I also need a Slytherin crest-piece in the Philosopher's Stone level 'A Jinxed Broom'. But it seems to be at a higher part, and I don't know how to get there. Do you guys happen to know this already? Is that one on a beam above where you make stairs from coloured bricks? Near where you drop a Slytherin student down a hole? If so, I think that once you're past the student you'll come to a wooden barrier on the beam. Simply jump around it and keep going. You'll need a dark character to get the crest. EDIT: WOOHOO!! 100% complete!! Edited July 14, 2010 by ADHO15 Quote
CF Mitch Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 (edited) EDIT: WOOHOO!! 100% complete!! Seriously, already? Wow, you're good. Well, congratz And thanks, I got both crest-pieces. The Hufflepuff-one in the 'Dragons'-level, and the Slytherin-one in the 'A Jinxed Broom'-level Now I'm having trouble finding the 'student in peril' in the PS's level 'The Restricted Section'. Could you tell me where to find it? Regards, CF W Edited July 14, 2010 by CF WeaZZel Quote

sologuy369 Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 (edited) Anyone else notice that instead of the minifig in the green/blue circle at the top of the screen that shows your character moves, instead of just being still? Yes i already said that somewhere in this topic. Yea, that. What exactly do you mean? Do you mean in Madam Malkins' shop, where you buy the characters? Otherwise I can't see what stud amounts have to do with it No, I mean BY your stud amounts in the average gameplay. The charcter "avatars" are supossed to move. mine aren't. Could you tell me where to find it? Thanks a lot, CF W, I'm sure you'll get there soon. I think if you down the first isle in the room where Filch is patrolling, there are some bricks at the bottom to use Wingardium Leviosa on. When they're in the middle of the room, build them up and the student in peril will appear (it might be a clock, but I can't remember very well). Lucky! I still need one more student in Peril, and two more gold bricks. EDIT: One more brick... EDIT: GOT IT! Yay! Got what? All the gold bricks? Well done. Now you get the bonus level! No, I mean BY your stud amounts in the average gameplay. The charcter "avatars" are supossed to move. mine aren't. Yeah, the little character you're playing as in the top corner? It moves fine for me. Maybe it's just the Wii version that doesn't move. Quote

Thanks for that, got him now Now, I only need three characters. Lord Voldemort (which is said to be in Knockturn Alley, but my character token detector isn't responding over there), another version of Percy Weasley and someone that, in his silhouette has the Sirius hair, if you catch my drift. In the character roster he is between Prof. Snape and Prof. Quirell. So I assu- oh wait, I just remembered. That's Moody, from the Basement of Doom. My bad But could you still enlighten me as to where I can find Lord Voldemort? Also, when exploring Hogwarts, I went to the Library, and in the part where you need the beard, my golden brick detector points to the left of the door that leads to the Restricted Section. Does anyone know what I have to do for it? Maybe enter the Restricted Section (if that is at all possible) Thanks so much, again CF W Edited July 15, 2010 by CF WeaZZel Quote
ADHO15 Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 At least I can help you now. Your Character Detector won't respond because you don't just find the token. You unlock a bonus level when you collect all 200 gold bricks and then you complete it to unlock Voldemort. Percy (Sweater) can be found on the Grand Staircase. Spell the flowers outside the door part way up until they explode like fireworks. The Percy token will appear on the landing. That is Moody, yes. That is a glitch with the Gold Brick Detector caused by something in that story level. Completely ignore that. You can't get into the Restricted Section. If you're missing a gold brick, try looking in Eeylops Owl Emporium. That's where my last one was. Use the brick-built sweeper vehicle to clean the floor and the gold brick will appear. Hope that all helps! Quote
Professor Flitwick Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 (edited) Fully completed it! A lovely little Platinum from it to! If you're missing a gold brick, try looking in Eeylops Owl Emporium. CF Mitch Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 Cool, I now have Percy (sweater) ^_^ If you're missing a gold brick... Actually, I'm still missing thirty of 'em I guess they can all be found exploring Hogwarts, but that means there's still some areas I haven't been yet Is there like a map to this place? And I also need one more Red Brick. #12 to be exact. I believe there were a few that could be found in the story levels, but most of them in Hogwarts, right? Do any of you remember where to find this specific one? Thanks! CF W Quote

I can't remember exactly where it is, but I'm pretty sure all the red bricks are found around Hogwarts. Quote
CF Mitch Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 Nah, I have all the 'Score x [...]' ones already. I'll look it up later, where it stands in the list, that'll probably give you an idea of which one it is, at least. And about the map; I was joking, mostly. I wouldn't dare to seriously ask that of someone. Not after all the help I already got from you guys Besides, there are a few on gamefaqs.com. I'll check those out when I'm back from my vacation to Italy But thanks anyway CF W Quote

Hope you can understand it okay. Have a nice holiday. Quote
CF Mitch Posted July 16, 2010 Posted July 16, 2010 That was the twelfth down the list of extras. Were you not counting the first five? Well, in the list it says: "Red Brick 12: Locked". But you're right, when counting, it's the sixteenth in the list. But the first four have blue letters so... Anyhoo, it is underneath 'Regenerate Hearts' and above 'Invincibility'. And thanks for the map after all. It looks fantastic andreally detailed. I'll give it a proper look soon. Though on first glance, there's nothing that I don't recognize. But maybe when I take ha better look at it When you say 'old' (for example with the Owlery) you mean, that's when you use the Time-Turner, right? Regards, CF W Quote

Underneath R.H is Fast Magic, and Score x2 is above invincibility. -JD- Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 I just finished the fourth level. Go me! What is the bonus level? Quote
Professor Flitwick Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 I just finished the fourth level. Go me! What is the bonus level? It's Lord Voldemort and an unnamed Death Eater wandering around the streets of London destroying everything (made of bricks) and everybody. It was fun, though in my opinion, the Death Eater should've been Bellatrix Lestrange, or Fenir Greyback, allowing us to unlock characters other wise unfeatured in the years 1-4. After completing the game, I loved the cast of characters, though I would've like to have seen: Majourie Dursley, Peeves, Frenze, a Dementor and Madame Maxine as playable characters. Also Frank Bryce instead of the milkman, I don't know why they changed that. Otherwise, flawless. Quote

It made it special that Voldemort was the last to be unlocked, and they weren't seen until the 5th/6th film. I agree with you there. Those extra characters were made for the cut-scenes, so why not make them playable? Quote
