Plastic.

Okie, that's good, I wasn't sure since no one clarified it, and after Pridak and the hordika you can't be sure.

Plus it's more menacing.

I just ordered RoV off of Borders, so it should be here soon. And the Legends Reborn footage looks amazing, that Micheal Dorn guy makes a really good Mata Nui. But the general animation quality is simply epic. I wish there was more going on in the background,or that it was at least out of focus, but not every movie can be Wall-E. :/

There is a Vorox that pops up in the background of the teaser, but that's only because it's going to appear 10 seconds later against Mata Nui anyway. Seeing as the movie can't introduce thousands of new things to the story, and the movie trying to meet a block-buster CGI level, for the most part the movie will probably have beautiful canyon/mountain/moon backdrops.

However, I would absolutely love it if the movie introduced a BURN-E type character cameo with an accompanying animated short. Maybe if Click's best friend Clack saw Click being "kidnapped" by Mata Nui, so he embarked on a quest to save Click, resulting in many comical perspectives of significant scenes of the movie being shown in the short. :classic:

I'm not even really sure what I expected to be there. Maybe some particle effects moving around. I'm not really sure. The scenery just looked a bit lacking IMO. :/

(Also, the lack of any actual darkness at night didn't sit well with me much, but . . . mrh.)

The character designs are really great, though. It looks incredibly similar to BIONICLE Heroes style designs, and I always liked BIONICLE Heroes' style.

Oh man.

The texture is still unbelievably awesome.

Those Rock Steeds?

They're running...

Like Raptors.

Sick.

Looks like Kiina is driving with Ackar Mata Nui hanging on for dear life.

Pretty awesome.

I'm going to go watch the Rock Steeds some more times @_@

Yes, animations are good. I remember having seen scenes of vehicles from pre-production clips, which really impressed me, showing that the animators in LA who are working with our precious toys, are doing a great job

I will be at the premier for Legends Reborn in Lego Studios, Legoland Billund in August. Really looking foreward to it.

The running raptors, that's a new scene for me, wow that just looks great.

That's what I loved about the scene. So friggin' epic!

Also, in case you didn't know, the difference between the two Fero & Skirmix sets is that the repackaged Skirmix has trans-yellow eyes as opposed to trans-neon green. I didn't buy it, but my friend did 'cuz he wanted to see if there really was a difference....

There is a variation of the F&S set with different eyes? Since when?

And that clip had cool music as well.

Since about a week ago when a dude from BZP stumbled upon it. He didn't, however, mention the recolored eyes...

I think that's only because he saw it in a store with a different box. disregard that I hadn't read the topic in a while

Also, anyone else notice that the movie Skopio has the double blades (like the ones on its "knees") on the end of its legs, too? Seems like that would make it difficult to walk…

not if it used them to dig into the ground. I imagine the blades would help keep footing in most terrain.

Dude, that was sick...

For the record, it looks like all the Bone Hunters have Atakus heads - if you pause right after they ran past the camera, the helmets look just like Atakus'.

And, why does Greg keep insisting that the Skopio creature appears in the movie, not the vehicle? Cause' that right there just proved... that... it's the other way around. Though I didn't see Telluris driving it. :/

*Confusion*

The Skopio looks just like the vehicle.

Didn't prove anything. There have been creatures with weird features for a long time.

The thing has red eyes and growls. I'm pretty sure its the creature.

They needed a creature that looks vastly similar to the set based off of it, so it kinda has to look set-like. No prob, though, since it looks way cool. And it was nice to get a glimpse of action, finally. The Rock Steeds are awesome.

But I thought Bone Hunters had Skrall masks....

It's hard to tell with the Skopio, I think it's a natural one, because Greg insists it, the thing did roar, and there's not much trace of a rider in that animation or the Mata Nui-running-from-skopio picture from boxes. I think it's irrelevant, because the not-to-scale Skopio is epic.

Fero and Skirmix was repackaged with a summer vehicle style box art, and advertisements for the new movie. I can see why now, if people in my area see that scene, the F&S sets in stores near me will actually sell.
