I did. The one in the winter had trans-neon green eyes, while the repackaged one has trans-yellow. Not a big difference, but the trans-yellow eyes were only released in one set prior to this.

It's an awesome set too, 'cause it was the first to come with Orange-Yellow Bohrok legs and both double sockets as well.

I don't really get the reason for the eye change, because although yellow is nice, it doesn't stand out as much as green does, and I don't get how it's worth reproducing yellow eyes when there are already plenty of green ones.

So, anyone seen a non-US version of it? I really want BZP to be back up, because they're sure to have some kid who knows.

EDIT: Just flipping through Brickshelf and I noticed in this picture something odd. Is the red head of Fero in the box art down in the bottom left a helmet-less Glatorian head, or a red Skrall helmet that is most likely the one that BZP has now?

So I want to ask for some opinions: due to BIONICLE sets price keep raising, my parents say that I'm only allowed to buy 1 more set (at least until I get my own money). So I've decided to get a blue Glatorian. Thing is, I don't know which one to choose. So do you think I should buy Tarix or Kiina? I'm leaning toward Tarix, but I still want to hear your opinions on this.

Tarix has only feet and hands in mata blue, but has some really good gold parts and absolutely sick weapons.

The cons of Kiina are the weapon that is more silver, and just a little to boring. Also, the body design is something that may or may not be to one's liking. Personally, I think it's great.

The cons of Tarix are the use of metru blue instead of mata as well as the odd silver pipe that would have been better in gold. Also, he has a very lame body build.

Personally, I'd get Tarix for the gold and parts, Kiina for the blue and parts.It all boils down to your preference in color.

GET KIINA.

Tarix SUCKS. Only the weapons and the gold armor makes him worth getting. He's too thin, the helm looks like a mix between a Faxon and a Jetrax Jutlin, he's overall REALLY bland, and moar sucky things.

Kiina has 4 new joints, an awesome helm, awesome weapon, lots of recolors, and moar.

Thanks for the opinions. I think I'll get Tarix for the gold parts. And I couldn't agree more about the weapons.

Speaking of Tarix, Wikipedia says that he's going to be voiced by Andre Sogliuzzo, the guy who voiced Sideswipe in Revenge of the Fallen. It also says that Frank Welker voices Vastus and the Vorox.

NONONONONO GET KIINA

I got my Glatorian today, took a dozen or so pics, and I'm writing a Kiina review and mini-reviews for Mata Nui and Tarix.

Tarix is awful. One of the worst Lego sets ever. Even partswise he's only just okay. But as a set, it rivals Puke-ii Mahri in terms of sheer horror and disjointed messiness.

Kiina on the other hand, is, IMO, better than Mata Nui. She is an Atlantean warrior goddess thing. She takes her place among my favorite sets. She's better for parts than Tarix, and WAY better than Tarix as a set. In a completely different league.

If Berix and Tarix were the same price, I'd still go with Berix.

Personally, I like Tarix more than Kiina. Kiina's got a custom torso, yes, but it's awkwardly tiny compared to her limbs. And I'd say bland is better than flawed. Oh, I'm basing this on the overall look of a set, not its build ('cuz they've all got an Inika torso, for the most part) or how "good" its parts are.

Don't get me wrong, though, I like Kiina, but Tarix is a better set, in my opinion.

I know that, what I was asking was if that was just a maskless Fero in the picture, or if Fero had the same Red Skrall mask that BZP now has. It would just make getting that Red Skrall mask ten times cooler, knowing that it was used in photography for retail catalogues.

@Tessara Explosion - I can't tell which Glatorian it is, but I'm going with Gresh, because the Behind the Scenes lines have Gresh saying that he's not that hurt despite others thinking he is, which would go hand in hand with being caught in an explosion.

@Tarix or Kiina, Kiina is better, but Tarix is not a bad set at all, he just isn't as good as the other Glatorian. He's still way better than the Mahri for example.

Sure, Gresh says that he's been injured. But how do you know it's the explosion? He could have been hit by a sword, or any enemy weapons for that matter.
