That's an awesome-looking Ignika! If you don't mind, do you think you can do Gresh's?

If I could get a second Gresh helmet for a reasonable price, sure.

(But first I have to get Gresh himself. Which I'll do after Kiina and Gelu.)

well at least you all will stop complaining about the lack of set accuracy. Those weapons are now as they are in the sets. And I don't mind the cheesy dialogue- it's still loads better than the previous films and it's what one should expect from a direct-to-dvd kid's movie.

The dialogue wasn't THAT cheesy...

Well, Greshes lines were, but I thought the others' lines were perfectly fine. Much better than the previous movies anyway.

How on Earth is this cheesy? This is the FIRST time I'm actually hyped about this movie. =D Awesome scene with the elemental powers -- love how they go into detail plus it's just the weapons that are powered up. This is definitely gonna be epic.

yes- it's a smart move doing the elemental tools- it means the fans will get what they wanted. I remember when there was that announcement of powerless beings and everyone freaked out. Now we have a loophole that we may exploit as we wish, so no one is unhappy! :D

Hmm, that clip wasn't exactly terrible. There were a few parts I enjoyed. Glad to see there were elemental powers, though. It was kinda cool to see them with current-gen graphics.

(I was always for elemental powers in Bara Magna. It just didn't feel like BIONICLE without them. Especially since they've barely been used recently anyway.)

No matter how bad the dialouge was, the animation was superb. I really like the way the characters are animated in this one. It makes me feel as if the toys actually came to life instead of things that vaguely looked like the toys coming to life. (Which was my number one problem with the first three.)

Berix doesn't sound horrible.

It does bug me that Ackar's sword has the red connector actually being read, though.

But I also noticed that the back of Ackar's helmet seems to be blue. I kinda like that.

I found that to be quite odd. All I could think when I saw that was why?. Dialogue, so far, is a lot better than it could've been.

Remember Web of Shadows. Never Forget... *shudder*

I was thinking that it could have been a blue helmet originally, but was "painted" red. I was also thinking that that would be awesome.

Wasn't it just the moonlight on his helmet? In earlier scenes the top of his helmet is silver, with the orange painted on top of it wearing off. :sceptic:

I hope that at the end of the movie, Mata Nui uses his powers to restore everyone's armor, so that their paint jobs are all awesome and vibrant again. :classic:

Gresh's Air powers are disappointing, 'cause it means that Jungle is Air afterall, and the plant powers of the Jungle Elemental were just getting our hopes up for nothing. :hmpf_bad:

Overall though, the elemental powers are amazing, and are being done how they should've been done for the other 3 movies. Gresh's wind looks actually looks like wind kicking up sand, and when Ackar and Kiina's elements collide, you can see the fire being doused and steam being made. The elemental glow in the weapons is a really awesome touch too, but the fact that the glow starts at the user's hand, and Mata Nui's vague description of what he did makes it really unclear if it's the Glatorian with powers, or their weapons recharged. Both are possible, according to Greg.

It's good that the odd weapons has been cleared up, although it chucks the canon of Gresh's weapons earlier this year out the window.

Judging by how Berix is being treated, I guess the Glatorian found him stealing/scavenging something, possibly from the Tajun ruins, and decide to take him to make sure he doesn't steal anything else.

I really really want to see Mata Nui's fail-fight, which might be against Strakk just after the Strakk vs. Ackar preview.

If you look closely at the mouths, it looks like their teeth are a bit like MoL mouths. :sweet:

At around 2.16, the music in the background sounds awfully like one of the themes of the music leaked earlier this year. It seems like those pieces are real after all. :sweet:

Dang.

I think it's kinda weird that they have all these little tooth-like things that shape the ":o" mouths when they could just have two "plates" that move in from the sides. It'd look more robot-y, which seems to be what they're going for.

Also, can someone that has Kiina tell me/get a picture of what she looks like with her arm and thigh fins rotated 90° in either direction (so the long fins run parallel to her arms/legs)?

"No problem. Most Glatorian weapons are made of bone or claw."

"Collected a few, have you?"

"Ahohoho, so funny."

Awesome. XD

Okay, I'm sold. I died and came back from the afterlife to post this. SO. AWESOME. Man, how could anybody who calls himself a Bionicle fan NOT love, or at least like, this movie? It completely blows the other three out of the water and in an orbit around the moon. And I don't really get what's so cheesy about the dialogue. I thought the scene between Ackar and Mata Nui was pretty deep. It was touching in a way, to see Mata Nui get called friend for the first time in his 100 000 year life. And I'm fine with the elemental powers, or weapons, we still don't know for sure. It's the only way that they'll believably stand a chance against the Skrall and Bone Hunters.

And lol, looks like Mata Nui is the only one who doesn't have any powers or fighting skills yet. He must feel so awful. And I love Kiina, finally a refreshing female character in Bionicle, after all those Toa of Water, or Hahli Mahri's unbelievable character change. As for Gresh having air, well, it's okay. I can't really imagin him firing plant life from his blade. He'd look like a Pokémon. XD

What? He's got Click, an awesome sword, and he's the only guy on the planet with a proper paint job.

Plus, once he gets more control of the Ignika, he could do almost anything, seeing as he knows it's full potential. (I know he was and continues to prove himself as an unobservant/unintelligent GS, but surely he knows what his life/death switch can do!)

I know that, don't worry. ;) But he can't fight very good yet with his awesome sword and you don't see him shooting fancy life energy from his blade, now do you? That's all I meant.

But I'm curious, how does he continue to prove himself unobservant and unintelligent? Just wondering.
