Luke McAwesome Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 25 kill streak? Unfortunately not. I let my friend kill me a bunch of times so he could get a tactical nuke. It wasn't pretty, but the blast was pretty cool. Quote
Millacol88 Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 I've gone 25-0 in COD4, unfortunately there's no nukes in that one. Quote

ILikePi Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 (edited) I got to take turns playing a few hours of Modern Warfare 2 yesterday (it was my brother's birthday so he wasn't using his computer ) with my brother's friend, and wow, it's so fun! Third-person mode is really fun, and I really like the new killstreaks like the sentry gun. Some of my favorite weapons so far have got to be the riot shield, FAL, magnum, and P-90 akimbo with rapid fire (it's super fast, you've got to try it sometime ). I personally wouldn't buy it though. $60 USD is pretty expensive for a game (although my brother got it for $50). I would much rather get a LEGO Star Wars set. I also found this website called The Modern Warfare 2 with some info on things like killstreaks and perks. You guys might want to check it out. Edited November 23, 2009 by ILikePi Quote
SWMAN Posted November 23, 2009 Author Posted November 23, 2009 I just finished the campaign, and I have to say I am impressed. I know a lot of people have criticized the campaign for being too short, but personally I found it very rewarding. I think the story was better this time, with interesting plot twists and great locations. I personally found the levels in Washington DC to be simply amazing. Plus, unlike the Modern Warfare, it left a nice ending that set up a potential sequel. And while some have complained about the Airport mission, there a few things they haven't considered. Number 1, you don't have to kill any civilians. Number 2, that mission really shows how bad terrorism can be and the consequences of the world we live in and actions we take. Quote
Wouwie Posted November 23, 2009 Posted November 23, 2009 It's a great game. No discussion possible. And while some have complained about the Airport mission, there a few things they haven't considered. Number 1, you don't have to kill any civilians. Number 2, that mission really shows how bad terrorism can be and the consequences of the world we live in and actions we take. Agreed, and no-one complains about the Favela mission, you also have civilians there which you ''can'' kill... Quote
