Those photos aren't even 8 hours old! I'm surprised they are public already...

I received it yesterday from Shop@home and started building it last night. It was after Midnight and I knew I could not finish (I'm at work now). It has been a pretty fast build though and I plan to finish it tonight and get the reivew up tonight as well (or Saturday at the latest.)

So far so good though. It is a nice model! *y*

looks like a great set! :'-) but i do hate the way those new boxes open. i now open all my sets with a modelers knife so the top of the box does not rip.

Well, I finally got the dang thing today! It's a beauty....I stumbled across it when returning to get some Bionicle Movie Gift set packs. It was one of the two at the door, so I'm lucky I found it....why not just put it with the other Lego!?! They also had BWvsWL....when I went the first time, it was face forwards, and when I went back a few minutes later....it was facing the shelf.

if you look carefully a this pic you can see the lego designer is working on the imperial landing craft. he even has a picture on his monitor that he may have been working to. also the great UCS r2d2 hiding behind the white thing on the right of the pic :-D

another weird thing about that set : have yout noticed that it isn't in the official LEGO catalogue? There is the B-Wing, the TIE Interceptor and the V-Wing as well as the Slave 1 Sail Barge ant ISD but no A-wing... I wonder why...It's as if it is a S@H exclusive but they forgot to tell us... But then, if some of you have seen it on shelves... (I never did, I ordered mine on eBay. But I'm in Belgium, and it kind of sucks to find anything LEGO, here...)

it does look that way yes. this is to be expected form lego though as the real ship is twice as big as the imperial shuttle. i think lego believe it would be to expensive a set if they made it to the correct proportions.

Well, these new guns will certainly add value to the new fig packs. Hopefully the prices for these weapons will drop soon enough.

I can't get over how good this new line is gonna be. Can't wait! :-)

Well last year all of the 2006 pics leaked out at the beginning of October, but by then we'd aleady seen the 2006 SW pics. So I'd guess by October, if not earlier.

All this new starwars kits sound awesome. I'll probably pick up one of the battle packs, since they're not very expensive (plus, I could use some more droids and clones! ;-) )

Last year SW.com showed the january sets early july |-/ One theory is that they plan to unveil it around the same time as LSWII and the coming out of the DVDs. So, if this is true, we might have something to feast our eyes upon in the next couple of days ;-) G I really can't wait !!

But I might be wrong.
