oo7 Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Hmm, some of these new guns are going to have to have a chainsaw handle or all these battle droids are going to look gettho. :-P Quote
morris Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 show them to me. whoever has these photos. someone who works for LEGO must be browsing this forum. don't be selfish, show us what is coming, or at least tell us where to look now. *wub* Quote
JoeMI6 Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 We all want to see pics, but until they're leaked or officially released by TLC, you've just gotta be patient. This sort of topic really isn't the way to start out on EB. Think before you post. Quote
xwingyoda Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 As soon as we have pics, we will post them so sit still and wait like we do ;-) I am pretty sure that they will pop on soon ;-) Until then I will close this thread ;-) *yoda* Quote
BryanKinkel Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Lego Star Wars 2007 pictures can be found Here! I'm not sure how to embed pictures. Can an admin edit this message and stick them in? -- Bryan Quote
Athos Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Ehhhhhh... I'm not all that impressed. I think I may be burnt out on Star Wars after 7 years now... plus the fleshtones really ruin the sets for me. I may snag the AT-ST thing and maybe Grevious, because I like the fig, but that's about it. Steve Quote
Kahgarak Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 FINALLY!!!!YES,YES!BATTLE PACKS!SWEET SHIPS!But the best of them all is...A MOVIE-ACCURATE MINIFIG-SCALED AT-ST!!!! *ahum* I am pleased. *vader* *wub* *yoda* Quote
ReZourceman Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 I will definitely get; Grievous Y-Wing And probably all the others apart from the Imperial Landing Craft thing, although it is very nice. AWESOME FIND DUDE! And for future reference...the code for images, is [ img ] Image URL (Right click on image, Properties) [ /img ] With no gaps. Quote
Section8 Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Grevious's ship doesn't look nearly as sleek as it does in the movie. I'd get the landing craft if anything next year, I think they did a good-enough job on it. The battle packs aren't bad, but I'm not into PT sets. Quote
Hinckley Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 I love grevious ship! *wub* I will get all of these except the imperial landing craft, which I like, but I think the others will take priority. It's nice to see some quality lower priced sets! The AT-ST is a bazillion times better than the original system scale one, and I also really like the stap. I'm pleasantly surprised at how much I like the grevious ship! Hooray! Thanks for sharing the pics. Quote
dunamis Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 My first impressions: - The AT-ST looks great as does the Y-wing. A+ - The battle packs are cool because of the mini-figs. A+ - I'm a bit disappointed in the Imperial Landing Craft, I thought it would be bigger. C+ - I am not at all impressed with Grevious' ship. D- Again, these are first impressions based on one photo. I can't wait to see some EB reviews or actually get one in my hand to evaluate it myself. Quote
Zane Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 The ILC sounds a bit steep....I'll get the AT-ST (though it should look more like the UCS version...) and then see about the others. Quote
xenologer Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Ehhhhhh... I'm not all that impressed. I think I may be burnt out on Star Wars after 7 years now... Totally. In fact I think TLC is Insane for signing onto a ?what is it now? 2008? license. By then the SW movie franchise will be OLD and less popular and not too profitable... Quote
JoeMI6 Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 I think I'll get everything there minus the ILC and Y-Wing, the rest just look too cool to miss out. Thank you Lego!!!! Quote
Morten Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 I will get everything off course. The ATST is perfect, with a great minifig, love. Y-wing is also bether than the first version. Landing craft is very ugly, but the original one is ugly, so LEGOs version is in fact acccurate. The episode 3 sets are nice to, lots of minifigs, yes. Love the new weapons. Great find. Morten Quote
catch-22 Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Anybody else think the Landing Craft looks a bit <insert that tiresome argument>? Quote
Zane Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 That's what I first thought. In closer inspection, it's probably only the AT-ST that I'll get from this first batch. More money for the bigger sets, then. Quote
Cutty Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Somehow it's sad I'm not into SW anymore. I would have liked the new Y-Wing at a time. And the Clone Battle-Pack isn't nearly as interesting as it could potentially be, if it had the Ep.2 Clones (which would much more intimidating as the later ones...). Quote
phoinix Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 im not really sure what to think...there is so much bley in there.. the battle packs are nice thow.and the new guns look very good! *y* the imperial landing craft was the one i was waitting for the most bad i still prefer the old one.. :-/ general greivious starfighter *n* not good at-at walker very nice *y* but still the things i want to see from SW are more buildings and less spaceships...but i dont think that would happen... :-( are we waitting for any more? Quote
Hinckley Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 I've totally changed my mind on the ILC. There are a lot of cool parts in that! Parts monkey heaven! From what I can tell there are: 6 white panels-3 x 4 x 6 Curved Top 2 white train roofs-6 x 6 Double Slope 45 / Slope 33 8 white arch bricks-1 x 3 x 2 with Curved Top + the four stormtroopers! I'm on the ILC thumbs up side now. im not really sure what to think...there is so much bley in there.. It breaks my heart every time a new set comes out and they use so much bley and I think "That would be so awesome if it were the old grey." TLC really used to go sparingly on the gray until they made it bley, didn't they? Will I ever get over it? :'-( the imperial landing craft was the one i was waitting for the most bad i still prefer the old one.. :-/ What old one? They haven't made this one yet, to my knowledge (which is extensive ;-) ) Quote
xwingyoda Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 I am so excited right now :-D Ok, the AT-ST and Y-Wing are really randy !! They are truly beautiful *wub* Now the only question is how many of each :-D Loool, probably 2 Y-Wings and at least 4 AT-ST X-D The landing craft is better than i thought, not fantastic, but as Morten wrote, the ship is crap to begin with :-P Hum, I still need 2 or 3 of those loool I really want to see those new guns in big !! Now onto the PT sets: Both MF packs are better than I thought and the red clone is red and not dark red 8- Quote
Lord Thrawn Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Holy... this will be expensive. I only hope they release some goddamn Rebels to be blasted into scrap. Quote
STARWARS LEGO! Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 I am going to get the lot new at-st pilot *wub* Quote
