AwesomeStar Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 Wow. Thats just bad, bad news. I'm actually really upset, because as a kid I used to love his music, and I still do... Wow. Just, shocking news. RIP Michael... ~A.S.
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted June 26, 2009 Eurobricks Emperor Posted June 26, 2009 He made some great music! Sad he had to die so very young...
Captain Zuloo Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 Wow, I'm not sure what I feel about this. It's clearly a shame that a life is lost, but he was kinda creepy. I never bothered to find out many details on all the accusations etc. but the whole black to white thing is just wierd. You are what you are, and no need to change. Having said that, there is no person that is 100% pure bad, so it is a shame - he made some great music too. MJ will always be remembered for his music, and that's how it should be. People should be remembered for the good they have done, not the bad. Rest in peace mate.
hollisbrick Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 (edited) Well his music was simply amazing greatest musician/artist who ever lived really. As his music and record sales show. I was quite shocked when I saw it on the news at work this morning It actually makes me quite sad. With the whole child molesting thing, I just watched a 10 minute inteview with him on a tribute show and how he explained himself is very credible. He obviously didn't moleste that boy. They slept together yea, so what? And the reason he loves children so much is because he knows how importent being a child is being that he didnt have one (childhood) himeself (as discribed by him). Also he was just trying to help those poor sick kids when he invited them into the Neverland place. Sure he did some, rather strange thing, but the media didn't help the problem. As the old sayin goes. Good News doesn't sell. But you got to remember the kids as well poor things. Where are they going to go being that their mum clearly doesn't want them Also, you gotta love his dance moves Anyway R.I.P. Jacko His father ofcourse made him into hat he was, and not in a nice way. I wish it was his father who died today. What? that monster is still alive? Edited June 26, 2009 by hollisbrick
Lt. Col. Thok Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 What a shock and a shame. At least he is out of his pain.
KimT Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 Noooooooooooooooooooooooo...not the "King Of Pop" Rest In Peace. [puts on Thriller]
Stauder Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 I had a tought a few days ago, this seems to only confirm it. A time has come when istead of giving us things, life starts taking them. Many legends seem to be dieing in recent years, and not only the old ones. R.I.P
-JD- Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 This is a great shame. I love several of his tracks, and it is terrible he died so young. R.I.P Greetings, JD Btw, my friend made a sick joke about it today, and he got what was coming to him.
gondortoast Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 he music was great a real pioneer of music it just makes me kinda annoyed at myself for takin the micheal (sorry for the pun) for what had happend to him rip mike When I was just a little girl I asked my mother, what will I be Will I be pretty, will I be rich Here's what she said to me. Que Sera, Sera, Whatever will be, will be The future's not ours, to see Que Sera, Sera What will be, will be.
Skinny Boy Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 We'll miss ya Mike. Rest In Peace. I had a tought a few days ago, this seems to only confirm it.A time has come when istead of giving us things, life starts taking them. Many legends seem to be dieing in recent years, and not only the old ones. R.I.P Indeed. I wondered a few years back who the new generation of radio and telivision dominators would be. Seems i'll be getting an answer soon enough.
The Who Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 (Farrah Fawcett has died too...) And on the same day, too. What? that monster is still alive? He would have made an awesome coach, but his skills as a father were a little lacking. [puts on Thriller] Entire album was a major success, not just the song, if that's what you meant. Indeed. I wondered a few years back who the new generation of radio and telivision dominators would be. Seems i'll be getting an answer soon enough. No matter who may come forth in the future, I don't believe that there will be another singer or dancer half as good as Michael.
SWMAN Posted June 27, 2009 Posted June 27, 2009 Entire album was a major success, not just the song, if that's what you meant. He means that he turned on the album to listen to it in memory of Michael Jackson.
Natman8000 Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 After some thought, he may be dead now, but the real MJ died some time ago. It still is a real shame.
SWMAN Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 After some thought, he may be dead now, but the real MJ died some time ago. It still is a real shame. So true. I don't mean for this to sound racist, but once he got all his surgery and became white, be stopped being Michael Jackson.
Siegfried Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 OK, OK. Before I get grumpy I'll abuse my mod powers and close this. It's no longer news anyway...
