No he uses his emo all black suit, and for Palps you could have used the Emperor's head on Palp's red body.

As for Kit's, being him amphibian, that of life-guard seemed like an appropriate job for him; and since he did not want/desire to be in the High Council, I'm implying he preferred to be a life-guard to sitting in the High Council

It always seemed odd that Palps would make such obvious references to replacing Vader through the usual Sith methods (read Death!) right in front of Vader himself.
