CommanderFox Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Some great stuff - keep 'em coming! I made a couple more: Snip* And this one, not so funny, but ... Snip* I don't really have six K3POs. Bit of 'shopping there! Ahahaha! Love it Rufus! BTW, Twilek head tails, while they can be called that, their proper name is lekku. Which is basically 'head tail' in their language. We have a budding ADHO eh. Nice shots all, keep it up! CF Quote
Brickdoctor Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Love 'em, Rufus! Nice job having the focus change with each K-3PO; makes it more realistic. Quote
Stardusty Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Good ones Rufus! "There's always one" knocks me down from chair. Maybe reason is C-3PO's face (it has "WHAT?" writen all over it). Quote
Clone OPatra Posted January 5, 2011 Author Posted January 5, 2011 Great ones Rufus! Your Pshopping is seamless. Getting the new Clone Battlepack has really given me a lot of ideas. In fact, I've even made two three-part series, though of course each one is also supposed to be funny on it's own. So without further ado, Series 1 part 1 of 3: Quote

XimenaPaulina Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Lots of great stuff from the short time I've been away! @Masked: I'm lovin' your jedi photos, Shaak really looks great and can't wait for mine to finally arrive in the mail. How about making fun of Saesee next? (easy target) @Rufus: I couldn't even tell that was 'shopped. It looks genuine with all those K3-POs lined close together. Excellent work on the P'shopping! Quote
CommanderFox Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Not really understanding your latest Cloney... Nice photo quality though! CF Quote
Clone OPatra Posted January 6, 2011 Author Posted January 6, 2011 Not really understanding your latest Cloney... Then you won't understand the next two either, so I better explain. To keep it still a little bit discreet, let me remind you that that particular Clone Trooper is from Horn Company. Quote

Ah silly slow me, how could I miss the 'Horn' part... Quote

I was thinking something to do with Eeth Koth or something... We'll just have to see with the rest of this series. Quote

CommanderFox Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) Now I get, thanks for explaining Cloney and sorry for my slow catch on. CF Edited January 6, 2011 by CommanderFox Quote
Clone OPatra Posted January 6, 2011 Author Posted January 6, 2011 Hey, that's ok. Sometimes I feel like making things a little less obvious; makes people think a little more. Maybe these three are a little too subtle if nobody catches on at all, but we'll see. I hope the third one will be a laugh even if you don't make the "Horn" connection. Quote
The Legonater Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 BTW, Twilek head tails, while they can be called that, their proper name is lekku. Which is basically 'head tail' in their language. Snap, I was going to say that . My next: For those of you who don't get it, look at the minifigure selcetion in the latest RGS. Quote
prateek Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 So true. I hate it when Lego doesn't include the logical figures needed, but instead puts the most useless figs instead, like in the new ARC-170, we got a Kit Fisto instead of a pilot Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Nice one The Legonater, I totally agree with your point. The 7676 RGS having no pilot was a crime. In order to fill-in this 'gaping hole' in the RGS, I had to shell out another $20 for two clone pilots, since during that time, the clone pilot was still exclusive to the V-19 and RAS and hence very expensive. Oh well, atleast we got Kit, we haven't had him since 2007. Nice shot Legonater, not as funny as some of your others but still pretty good. CF Quote

Oops my bad, there's no new cheap set where the clone pilot can be acquired except from those three sets. What I meant was the price of the minifig has significantly come down the past couple of years, compared to when it was first released. Quote
Masked Builder Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) Nice work every one! XimenaPaulina Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Haha, nice one MB! To add on to the caption: "I've got one big head....and I don't sleep that well." or Ono: "Dude, do you have insomnia?" Saesee's eyes are really creeping me out. Quote

Saesee's eyes are really creeping me out. With his eyes being really creepy, that could work into the theme of not sleeping well. It's also strange the 7675 didn't have a pilot either. Quote
Clone OPatra Posted January 6, 2011 Author Posted January 6, 2011 Alrighty, since the first of my little Horn Company series seemed to have not gone over so well, I'll just post numbers two and three at the same time, since I realize that the second one isn't all that great anyway. It kind of has that "second-in-a-trilogy syndrome," in which not much happens and it ends up not being so great. You know what I'm talking about? It's like Pirates 2, which ends up just being kind of dull; The Two Towers, in which Frodo and Sam start the film seeing Mordor from afar and end the film seeing Mordor from afar; Matrix Reloaded, which just doesn't make much sense and is useless; Attack of the Clone… Anyway, here we go.
