Never read tag and bink so wouldn't know..

I like your new one Fives. After spending years adding CGI dinosaurs, I ican magine Lucas just going 'Screw it! Let's make them all owls' (because it's part of his original plan and he didn't have the technology in 1977.)

And KielDaMan, congrats on your first funny - it looks good, but I'm not sure I get the joke. Ah, apologies for my denseness (or is it density?)

I believe it has something to do with the sleepy-but-awake look of Tiin's face, thus the connection to coffee and caffeine.

Yup that's it, Seasee's CW face is instantly recognizable as either caffeine-addicted or sleep-deprived insomniac. Sorry the joke wasn't that funny clear, humor isn't really my strongest suit.

 Indeed. Besides, if he can retcon in this ugly thing...

KDM - That's not so different from how I look before my 1st coffee except maybe not so horny.

Jedd the Jedi - Nice to see that particular Gungan died but your scene needs more blood - just so that we can be sure he suffered.

Clone O'Patra - That's got to be your funniest yet! (IMHO)

Ah, thanks for explaining the Saesee Tiin joke Praiter, and I agree on all counts. Cloney, that was a brilliant idea. There's lots of humour to be mined from making wise, old and sensible Yoda a free-wheeling lothario.

I like to think that Mon Mothma basically sent wave after wave of gungans as a 'distraction' to get the plans.

Fun fact: When i first watched RotJ. I thought a single guy called Manny Bothan had got them, but died afterwards.

:D "Manny Bothan", that is incredible!

Hey, no worries - humour isn't my strong suit either, and yet here I am stuffing it down everyone's throats.

Fives, I do like your new stuff a lot! The "lightsaber" one is really good, and so is the "Clone Wars aren't over" one - but the Boba Fett joke I didn't find all that funny. Still, keep them rollin' on in.

This one had a bit of inspiration from the latest Family Guy STar Wars episode, It's A Trap.

Here you go:

Love the coffee one KDM! Very funny  Most impressive fives! I love the 'I thought the clone wars were over' one. Soooo clever  Legonater, I like the concept of the last joke  But you may want to consider raising the hand of one of the mandos, and angling them so their hips are open to the screen. Just so it like ones closing in for the kiss :look:

Groooan,:hmpf: cloney just, just, no.:wink:

Nice Ritz, great use of a white head/body there. Snowtroopers men?

Good one praiter  but I'm still groaning.

Ritz Brick, that one is nice! I like seeing Imperial troops kickin' back. Seeing this made me think of a joke I might just do earlier.

Praiter, that is brilliant once again. A pun can be painful, but that almost never means it's not funny.

Cloney, forgive this stalwart of the original trilogy, but once again, I have to beg an explanation - I tried my darnest but I don't know what "tie ins" refers to, but I'm sure it's something so obvious I'm just being ignorant.

You just don't get jokes that have Saessee Tiin, do you?

Legonator, I like it, but it looks more like Jar-Jar is talking, so it doesn't make sense that the caption has 'Jar-Jar' in it.

Admittedly, I didn't get it either.

I know in the Obi-Wan game, the name is said 'SAY-see TIN', and I'm pretty sure during the invasion of Coruscant in the '03 series it was General 'TIN'. Those are the only places I've heard the name at all; no idea how it's said in CW.

Yeah, everywhere I've heard it it was 'TIN.' I thought it was some obscure referance to the TIE/n fighter...

Ok, well I've never heard it spoken at all. It's got two "i"s in it, so it at least is spelled like tie-in. (Why would two "i"s be pronounced just like one "i" anyway? That's stupid…)

Howabout I just appease you with my other groaner?

Retcon answer: Can you read Iktochi?

Maybe it would be more evident if you removed the 'e' from 'tie-in'.

I KNEW without even clicking, that link would be about Jedi Rocks. Most of the SE changes are AT LEAST tolerable or pointless detail. But that? UGH

You've changed your name?

The latter is a retcon. So far, only two people have noticed it. Most impressive...

I'm thinking it's more of an issue of 'the handle is made of the energy of the shield', and then you're liable to end up with this.

I thought of that exact panel as well!

Yeah, everywhere I've heard it it was 'TIN.' I thought it was some obscure referance to the TIE/n fighter...

That's a TIE/Ln fighter. You're probably thinking of the TIE/In interceptor.

I thought it was a reference to his Tiin* angst...

*sounds like "Teen"

Retcon answer: Can you read Iktochi?

Isn't that my line?

That would make me the other... What is the reference for the retcon?

EDIT: Three people. simonjedi, I mentioned it here, and KDM mentioned it in a comment on your profile.

Isn't that my line?

No, your line is "Bah, retcons!"

Ah, I was expecting it to be the 309th clone of fallenangel

What ship does 309 have an unhealthy obsession with? Y-Wings?

Isn't that my line?

No, You're line is usually 'Needs more accurate laser cannons.'

Ah. Of course KielDaMan would have noticed as well.

 It's funny how well we seem to know each other on these forums...

309 isn't Star Wars-related, so there's no point in explaining. And as far as I know 327 isn't directly related to any ship except for one that I've come to hate and one I don't remember seeing, both of which featured in a bad movie by George Lucas (and of course, the Falcon, which was captured in Docking Bay 327 in Star Wars and was granted permission to land on Platform 3-2-7 in Empire). A number for Y-wings would be something along the lines of A4 or S3...

No, You're line is usually 'Needs more accurate laser cannons.'

 Actually, the first person to mention that to me was Brian Tobin (who as you all may know created the fantastic X-wing that inspired me to build my own) in his critique of version 7. The larger cannons on my recent X-wing are actually a homage to his. So it was originally errbt's line.
