Commander Flash Posted June 30, 2009 Posted June 30, 2009 (edited) After looking over my copy of Essential Guide to Vehicles and Vessels, I found the best (looking to have as a model) ship: the Z-95 Headhunter. Grey and dark red close up on the driver: and the engine: Hope you enjoyed my take on this ship Edited August 11, 2009 by KimT Quote

Commander Flash Posted June 30, 2009 Author Posted June 30, 2009 Thanks for help. Pictures being uploaded now. Quote
cole Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 The body/cocpit looks nice, but the front looks too plain, and the wings need to have some sort of angle I think. Quote
Commander Flash Posted July 1, 2009 Author Posted July 1, 2009 Any suggestions for the front? Like dark red ? Quote
Mraz Skintas Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 Pretty good. Yes, the wing needs to be slanted. Z-95s look just like X-wings, but with out the s-foils. Good job, but just fix up the wings abit. Z-95s also can be an array of colors, so there is no exact colour for them. Quote
Commander Flash Posted July 1, 2009 Author Posted July 1, 2009 Thanks. I meant for the decal. A dark green and grey would be nice. Once i learn how to LDD, i will try to make this Quote
Mraz Skintas Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 Just keep in mind that LDD doesn't always have all of the pieces you need. Quote
Mraz Skintas Posted July 1, 2009 Posted July 1, 2009 They do have most of the pretty common pieces, so you should be fine. Quote
Commander Flash Posted July 1, 2009 Author Posted July 1, 2009 Heres new pictures of a more detailed Z-95 Quote
Future74 Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 (edited) Nice MOC and well improved with those flat tiles! I like it EDIT: Here's some reference material from Wookieepedia you can use to improve the model. Edited July 3, 2009 by Future74 Quote
LegoPigeon Posted July 3, 2009 Posted July 3, 2009 (edited) Good job with the Z-95 Headhunter; good likeness :) Its a very old classic rebel pirate fighter. What was the build time? Edited July 3, 2009 by LegoPigeon Quote
Commander Flash Posted July 3, 2009 Author Posted July 3, 2009 Took a few days. Actual build was about 2 hours. I had to find good pieces, and i have many large buckets of legos Quote
