July 30, 200915 yr Author Thanks for the info! It really helped me, but the I can't resize it to make it the right size... Can you help me on this too? I have Microsoft 2007. What's the 1 (2-3-...) you want and I post them separate. Some info: Fig. 1-2-3: sizes (note: all sizes are approximately !!!) Fig. 4: No problem applying the decal. Fig. 5: No problem applying the decal. Fig. 6: Problem applying the decal, but with the decal softening solution it can undo the folding. July 30, 200915 yr Thanks for those transparent one Captain!!! But I'm afraid this isn't over yet, I have another request this time. Please. Can you make somo of these please??? Crying sadly; when someone close dies and the person cries while it screams and with a sad, sad expression on its face. Probably an already crying one and one about to cry. Tired: When someone is running and has a tired expression of "I can't do more" and another one when he finishes and is catching air, something like a big open mouth and abnormally big eyes, you know, you're the expert. Scared but not screaming or anything, just scared or an oh $h!t face, like when someone gets caught or found in a field by someone. Please, I'd love to have these.

August 1, 200915 yr Author Thanks for the chart. :3 --> No problem thestrongest. But now I have another problem.... I ran out of colour ink and I can't buy more... You know what I could do to get the right colour? --> Nothing I think ! Because most printers are based on CMYK (CMYK refers to the four inks used in most color printing: cyan, magenta, yellow, and key (black)) and because you need the four colors to make other colors I see no other way. --> In CMYK color model magenta plus yellow produces red, magenta plus cyan makes blue, cyan plus yellow generates green and the combination of cyan, magenta and yellow form black.

Well, it's alright. At least I can print out a torso for a gentalmen kind of guy. :D
November 28, 200915 yr Whooa! Nice! I love the padmé faces, and my little sis got crazy over those in love and blush faces. I was wondering, could you please do some alternate faces for my sigfig head, something like following: An angry face (preferably with open mouth) A happy face (smile, closed mouth) A blood-stenched face, with about the same face as the original A scared face A worried face (like if he was saying "uh-oh") A proud face If you could do them, I would be really grateful. You really should get a designer job at TLG.^^
January 27, 201015 yr Hey there! I see you're a fellow graphic designer I accidently found your facial decals, and they were of great help, and inspiration! I used some of them to make smiley faces for my forum. If you want, you can take a look-sie here: here. To return the favor, if anyone wants to use those smileys, i can send them to ya! Just wanted to give you a BIG THANKS for the great work that you've done.
March 14, 201014 yr Hiya! Do you have these great face/expression decals in better resolution? If you do, could you post them? Great job otherwise!
March 15, 201014 yr I think these are the best resolution he's got; but Capt. Kirk hasn't been around for a while now... LuxorV
April 28, 201014 yr hey! could you please make them in flesh color? it would be awesome! i made my account to ask you that :D
April 28, 201014 yr hey!could you please make them in flesh color? it would be awesome! i made my account to ask you that :D And I see this as a really bad first post. We do not like to be rude towards anyone and especially new members, but there are a number of things you should really remember: - first of all, please don't revive a more than one month old topic, made by a member who is clearly not very active anymore (he did not resposn to posts over the last 6+ months) only to make a poor comment like this; - then mind your spelling, use capitals when needed and remember this is not a chat, so starting a post with 'hey' is normally seen as annoying; - lastly, using a personal font or style can be interesting, but making an all bold post appears quite rude; just like writing in all capitals, it is almost like shouting. Thanks for your understanding and welcome to Eurobricks. If you have further decal requests, please post them in this thread. LuxorV

December 5, 20159 yr Hello, I am interested in using these for a Lego animation. I am wondering if you could produce five of the standard faces making the 5 basic vowel sounds with their mouths?
December 6, 20159 yr Hello Jayko Films, and welcome to EB and the MCW. As you'll notice by looking at the time stamp on the post above yours, this thread has not been active for more than 5 years. As you may or may not know, it is considered as bad practice to revive older topics like this. Moreover, the designer of these decals has not been active on EB since almost 2 years ago (not sure you can see his profile as New Member, though). You'll probably have better take some time to introduce yourself to the EB community, have a look around and partake in some discussions. When you'll reach 10+ posts, you'll have Private Message rights, and you'll be able to contact Capt. Kirk that way. If his notifications are up, he might get to respond. In the meantime, have fun on EB.

Perhaps I can send out a request to the general community for an animate-able face design. I'll give it a go. :)
February 3, 20178 yr At first i want to thank you for sharing these. But i got a small question, at what size do you need to resize them to fit good on a lego head? On first page i see a answer in cm, but is that for 1 of the "page" full of faces, or just 1 face?
February 3, 20178 yr Since the OP has not been active on EB for quite a long time now, I'll try to answer in his place. The measures given in the chart in the second post in this page are intended for a single head. You'll need to cut or otherwise "extract" the faces you want to print from the sheets. Or, you can follow these size indications, which would apply to a complete sheet of face decals. On 2/7/2009 at 4:48 PM, Rubén Riojas said: Found the size!!! 16.47 x 9.64 cms. fits well into the minifigs and doesn't look small or big.
September 1, 2024Sep 1 Could you do a tutorial on how you made these? I'm really interested in making my own for animation.
