The Alchemyst Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 (edited) I swear I made a reply to BFA. o.o Yellow would be sweet, I like yellow pieces, but 3DB is right, it'd be an eyesore. o.o And what would the Sand/Rock villain be? Yellow and Tan? Yellow and Yellow? :P How about just rare colors/Colors we want. :D TEAL AND WHITE ORANGE AND BLACK YELLOW AND PURPLE Tan and... something... [Gray?] Light Blue and more something. [Dark Blue, White...] Stuff like that. :D EDIT: Oh yea, Vertea, what region would he purple/yellow villain be? o.o With his color, I'm not sure. Edited August 12, 2009 by The Alchemyst Quote

Basically, since he's not one of the traditional six colors, why not put him in a boxed set with an impulse-sized being and a mechanism? The small being could be his "pet" and the mechanism could be his secret weapon. Quote

Bfahome Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 And what would the Sand/Rock villain be? Yellow and Tan? Yellow and Yellow? :P Brown still exists, even though LEGO doesn't realize it. Also ORANGE AND BLACK WHITE dibs Quote
Brickthing Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 I propose we: Out the Orange or Brown, in the Dark Orange Re-introduce the Sand colours of Red, Blue and Green Have recoloured Piraka feet in insane colour blends Replace Gun-Metal with Mottled Gun-Metal (I have a piece in that colour, and it's awwsome) Along with the completely new armour/limb pieces, have battle-damaged remolds of the parts. @ Vertea - I like the idea of the boxed set except it can't be a swamp villian because green villian + little pet(s) + mechanism is pretty much the Karzahnni set. Quote
Bfahome Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Out the Orange or Brown, in the Dark Orange Ick. Have recoloured Piraka feet in insane colour blends Yes. Along with the completely new armour/limb pieces, have battle-damaged remolds of the parts. Eh, maybe. Depends on how "damaged" they are. Quote
---Vertea--- Posted August 12, 2009 Author Posted August 12, 2009 Dibs on Trans- greens, GitD, and lime for the Swamp villain. Quote
The Alchemyst Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 (edited) Up for Vertea's First Idea. EDIT: And Second Idea too, just keep the trans one color? We don't want any rainbow warriors. @_@ And maybe Sand Green like 3DB suggested? :D Orange and White, ohgawd another Creamsicle. :o Just make it good lol. And evil... I'm not sure how evil Creamsicle will look though. >.> Dark Hewkii Orange is an eh color, not very fitting either. Orange is much more cooler. Sand Green YES. Sand Blue, YES, Sand red... Kinda yes? Yay on the Piraka Claws. Mottled Gunmetal is... The Speckled one in the Castle Sets? I feel that Gunmetal is much more sleek. Mottled one... could fit... Especially with the Refugees. Eh, on the battle-scars. They'd be pretty much worthless pieces out of the sets [Like Lehvahk shields. >.>] [-TA-] Edited August 12, 2009 by The Alchemyst Quote
Bfahome Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Dark Hewkii Orange is an eh color, not very fitting either. Orange is much more cooler. Oh, you were talking about Keetorange? I thought you were referring to that puke-colored stuff that came in a couple of LEGO sets. Never fear. With my newly acquired parts, I have a bunch of stuff I need to make a good Creamsicle. :D Quote

Sand-Red + Brown= Ancient Rust Villian No, Mottled Gunmetal is Gunmetal, only it's got this misprinted mottled texture in the colour. I have a Zamor launcher in Mottled Gunmetal. I'll take some comparison pictures of it. Fine, I guess it can be confined to the comics/art. I've made a villian/experiment MOC, and it's white/dark bley with a bone-mech-ninja theme. I'll post pictures soon. Quote
Bundalings Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Along with the completely new armour/limb pieces, have battle-damaged remolds of the parts. Yes, screw all the MOCists over so you can have an effect easily achieved with a hammer. Oh, you were talking about Keetorange? I thought you were referring to that puke-colored stuff that came in a couple of LEGO sets. We was referring to puke orange. It was featured in the first two Hewkii sets. ~Bunda Quote

To do so, click on the picture until you see nothing but the picture on a white background, and then give us that link. @Zip: Problem is the small quantity of the color in Bionicle Pieces [although there was some system of it.] and that it's hard to match with good colors. And doesn't change the fact it's puke colored. :P Quote

BUt I was actually thinking giving him the Mars Mission Alien trans-green(with GitD mix) as well as some GitD weapons or accents. And for a base color, I'd use the lime green- but then again, that sand green could look really ghostly.... I'll try that, too. Quote
The Alchemyst Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 (edited) Hey guise, look wat I found. Coincidence or ? -Emote-steal from BFA- Anyway, Skelltor, you got some good MOCs there. They keep with a consistent Color Scheme, and fit the mutated look. Vertea, What kind of GitD? The Takadox kind or the Atakus kind? GitD Weapons would be awesome. We need more. :D [-TA-] Edited August 12, 2009 by The Alchemyst Quote

Swert Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Y'know, with all that in mind, I'm gonna have to ask my staff to work double shifts to keep this stuff off of BS01. People would jump at the opportunity to add stuff like this to it. Quote

We need more. :D [-TA-] Well the trans-green/GitD blend would be like the MM aliens-where you can't see the Glowy stuff until it's glowing. Or I might try a mix like Nocturn. The weapons would be using primarily Atakus GitD- perhaps blended with a color at the hilt. Or, if the weapons looks more organic, I'll do more of the trans-green/GitD blend. It all depends on the look. If you like, I'll design a weapons pack that includes armour, weapons, masks, etc. in colors we want so we don't have to put them all on the sets themselves. @ Swert: sorry, man. we don't mean to be causing a fuss- I think we'll be more than willing to help out if you need. Brickthing Posted August 12, 2009 Posted August 12, 2009 Hey guise, look wat I found. The best thing is that the name of this topic doesn't include BIONICLE, so a Google search for BIONICLE 2010 doesn't reveal our fan-HQ. I thought everyone called it that? What else would it be called? XP~Bunda Dark Orange. @Swert - Currently I think anyone who finds information from this topic will also see the fan-made part, but you're gonna have to watch out when we start making the official set images. Maybe we could watermark them, not with an identifiable Eurobricks symbol, but with a BIONICLE mark that wouldn't actually appear on actual 2010 stuff, so we and moderators can quickly tell our fan-stuff from real, while not spoiling the "authenticity" of it for others.
