With Crotesius, I think I'll make a black and red Agori tonight.

Bunda's lost all hope in BZPers. lol

I'll probably make it crystal clear and then print it out super small. Then take a picture with my fingers holding it shakily with my cell phone and upload it on my old account, uploading the crystal clear one later onto the new account later.

Or flickr... that works too.

Let's see how that works.

What I did with my blurry photos is I resized it down to a very small resolution, then sized it up again, so that it lost most of the finer detail. Your method would work too though, especially if you but some random product+barcode information below it and watermark Confidential all over it.

I am home, and I did a good deal of concepts this last week, so give me a minute to upload 'em and they'll be up!

EDIT: Here ya go!

This hero is half of an underwater-based set that also includes a villain (that I have yet to design) he features plenty of Glow in the Dark pieces (all the blue you see!) and a scythe. I was thinking Scrallius as a name.

Oh man, that it so awesome that it makes me sad that LEGO hasn't used GITD as a primary colour yet. :cry_happy::thumbup:

Although you want him to be underwater themed, the glow-feature and the new part design suit him well for a cave-theme, based on glow-worms.

I also love the scythe piece, although the spike at the top could be substituted for a Viking horn and the actual part have a + socket, making it more MOC-friendly. I can see some awesome crafts being using that piece as mini-wings too. :classic:

I love you Ecto.

If TLG released anything like that, I'd buy it as soon as I found it.

Inika-Build, whatever, it looks cool. :P

Just give it an element and add it to the list a couple pages back. :3

Well, I suppose Water is the element I'd choose, and for the villain I'm making (who will glow green) will be Light.

Hi guys sorry I haven't been around some of the more important keys on my laptop's keyboard broke so I've had to wait for a USB replacement

But I'll get back to work on designing characters.

Took a while to get photos, and apologies that they're still bad, but here's my baddie/experiment MOC called Nivitus, after white in Latin:

Another front view

Along with normal articulation points, there is waist articulation and two extra next articulation points. Nivitus wields a metal shuriken and a serrated sword. In the third picture you can just see the trans-red energy core inside the Pohatu arm.

Also, for my Agori riding the motorbike, he can be called Estim.

This still alive? We might not have a story next year, so let the "fanon" begin.

Dunno. It looks pretty dead.

*defibrillates*

I might be able to type up a couple of scenes if the characters/locations/situations are described to me.

Yeah, this project kinda died, seeing as 2010 isn't folding out anynear near we had hoped. Maybe if we switch the focus of the project though, we might feel more inclined to work on it?

Next year: Great Beings show up in a spaceship to give Mata Nui and crew a lift, turns out they're fully organic humanoids and all lolis. They explain Protodermis is latent mental power given form through countless deaths and rebirths of the universe. it accumulated so much it developed a strange property to control Destiny, and even it's own form of intelligence. Unfortunately, it was a prick. This EP entity ended up in the core of a planet the GBs lived on called Spherus Magna and they dug it out and used it for everything until it destroyed the culture on the planet through the Core War and manipulation. So the GBs took the EP core, stuffed it in Mata Nui and programmed him to take it and throw himself into a Black Hole, do destroy the dangerous element. Luckily, the information about the evolution of social networks defying the perameters within Mata Nui reached the GBs and a more sympathetic group voted for a new plan and funded it themselves. These GBs thought they could end this all by using their loyalists within Mata Nui's body to remove the EP core itself and chuck it into the Black Hole instead of Mata Nui.

Epic fight, yada yada, Makuta being manipulated by EP entity blah blah blah it succeeds and Mata Nui and his people go down to a real planet and live there, promising the Great Beings never to leave the planet to safeguard future life from the threat of Protodermis.

That reminds me of Gunnar's Hey-Guys Mata Nui drawing. Only worse, because they're humans.

• The Ignika to do stuff like this.

Maybe the Ignika could fall into a vat of Energized Protodermis that was collected by the GBs during the Core War and placed inside the giant Mata-Nui prototype robot body for use as a power source? Then the Ignika would become the Ignika Nuva, which gives its user the power to shoot soul-like energy from the mask and into something else. Also, the Ignika Nuva would recharge its energy every 3-hours after use.

How does that sound?

That's a bit conflicting, since that picture is showing 2's soul being sucked out of him. I was just thinking that the Ignika could get damaged and now can suck out people's souls/life force as a defensive measure.

I was actually going to try to work that into my retelling of The Legend Reborn, so it might not have to be explained in this arc.

It would've been so much better if that actually happened to Metus...
