Just CADed something classic, after listening to, too many old 20s, 30s songs. It's a classic Craftsman-Style Bungalow from 1920s with 30s-style interior. Includes two bedrooms, an office room with an well ugly designed Typewriter. in the upper floor. A classic kitchen in the ground floor with wood-fired stove and a Livingroom with an old telephone, green Seats and a 1920s gramophone. It's built on two 16x16 plates, one of them with driveway and contains 523 pieces and 3 Minifigs. Here are some renders, don't have the Black slopes to build it for real and lacking money and time.

Complete overview, building is squeezed on just 22x12 including the Veranda

The gramophone, based on one I saw at Mocpages, but with an adopted crank

Last but not least: The car. A classic black and blue car in 6-wide inspired by a 1930 Ford Tudor.

Instructions are Here!

Would be a great LEGO Store Exclusive in line with the 2008 Town Plan and the upcoming Fire House in Modular buildings, but more like City, due to the open backside for Playability.

Very nice! LEGO lends it'self well to the Catalog order Kit homes from the first half of the 20th century. I built an Aladdin Kit home a while back for a show we had at a history center. It was based on an actual home in Geneva, IL.

You really took it too the next level with your interior details and a really nice auto. Well Done!

Nice detailing, I have to refer back to your classic car instructions when I try something like this for myself.
