legoindy01 Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 I was searching up lego 2010 sets when I came across this: http://rapidlibrary.com/index.php?q=lego+star+wars+2010+sets I'm not sure if this is real or not. I really doubt it. I just don't want to pay for an account just for this. Does anyone else have an account here? and is this fake? Quote
Hinckley Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 It's the walk-through for the LEGO Star Wars video game. Quote
legoindy01 Posted July 18, 2009 Author Posted July 18, 2009 It's the walk-through for the LEGO Star Wars video game. wow, I'm glad I didn't sign up. thanks!! Quote
Tinn-man Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 I don't know, I think Hinckley is looking at the wrong thing. It's the download at the top of the page, not the bottom. I don't have an account, and I'm extremely paranoid about viruses, so I'm not signing up. Or maybe Hinckley did download it and has already seen it, in which case disregard this post. Quote
simonjedi Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 (edited) You don't have to pay for it. I'll download it and let you know, I have a good anti virus software. EDIT: Hinckley was (mostly?) right, its the walk through for LSWI (it's in a different language) Edited July 18, 2009 by simonjedi Quote

Tinn-man Posted July 19, 2009 Posted July 19, 2009 I was going to sign up, but there is a monthly fee, so.... Oh, by the way, we all are looking at this, right? Just making sure Quote
Siegfried Posted July 19, 2009 Posted July 19, 2009 I didn't sign up either. I just clicked "free download." I'm not worried about viruses. I'm on a MAC. Attitudes like that might bite you in the bum one day. In the unlikely event that Macs become popular you'll get a lot more than test viruses and you'll be wishing you listened to Sieggy... Recent hacking contests have proven that Macs are more vulnerable that Windows, especially to social engineering exploits which can look a lot like the link you just clicked. Oh, by the way, we all are looking at this, right? They'd all be the same file. Quote

DarthSion Posted July 19, 2009 Posted July 19, 2009 Lol, afraid to join rapidshare, its a file hosting site its safe as houses ive been using it since it was .de nearly 2 years now, its just a way to get tv shows and stuff, like torrents but actually safe. That other site though in the screenshot is fake, the file extension is iso. Quote
CP5670 Posted July 19, 2009 Posted July 19, 2009 You aren't going to get viruses just from creating a Rapidshare account, but it's still a highly irritating site to use. It rivals Fileplanet in that respect. Quote

Klaus-Dieter Posted July 19, 2009 Posted July 19, 2009 Perhaps I'm even a bit stupid but what's now the case - does this named site give us some info on next year's sets or not? Klaus-Dieter Quote

I think sometime around or after comic-con we''l start seeing stuff. At least I hope so anyways. Man do I want a last crusade tank or a ford tri-motor. or even a cloud city!! Quote

Man do I want a last crusade tank or a ford tri-motor. or even a cloud city!! Ok, thanks, legoindy01! I would really much like to see a new Cloud City, too, if it offers more rooms and more minifigs. And I bet that TLG will even offer one to us judging after the hint we got and the possibility anyway. But pics of it aren't to await before minimum Brickworld 2010 since it'll surely be the big summer/fall Exclusive. Pics of all the other sets of the first half of 2010 I do expect in the middle of August (like it was last year). But about what I do wonder is that we haven't heard - apart from the two Hoth BPs for SW and a new "Atlantic" theme absolutely any rumour about the first wave of 2010 sets. Klaus-Dieter Quote

Klaus-Dieter seriously. i remmember last year, rumors started flying around about sets in june/july and then we got pics in august. This year it's been pretty well hidden. I'm not sure about that atlantik thing though. but I know the star wars Bps are real. and when was there a hint about cloud city? I must've missed it. Quote

legoindy01 Posted July 24, 2009 Author Posted July 24, 2009 What's the "Atlantic" thing? Maybe I just missed that somewhere.... It's some crap that someone came up with on the town/trains theme section. Don't worry about it. If it happens I'll eat my official indiana jones hat . But I doubt anything that is said about a new theme that has nothing to do with city or trains in that theme section is legit. PLus lego already made a water theme called aqua-raiders that ended quite recently. Quote
