lego lighting / torches ?

Just browsing Play.com for cheap Lego and saw these ... anyone know any more info ?

Not sure I'd buy any of these ... they look a bit gimmicky ... a bit like the Lego cameras etc

Read about them a while back. they are simply torches for kids, yah know, cool stuff that they buy anyway (who as a child didn't think a torch was an awesome thing to have in a sort of super cool adventure way? Like a compass and a canteen) if it is shaped like Lego it will persuade parents that it is a cool thing. I know my brothers will want some.

I´ve never seen these before. I wonder if PLay.com is the only site which offers those lamps.

As they only can preordered I expect them to be avialable at S@H soon.

I will have a look in the Lego stores Munich/Oberhausen the next days.

That looks good. Thanks for this Skipper. I think it may be a new addition to the accesories on S@H, because it says pre-order. I may get one to use in my LEGO city as a statue/monument.
