Woo! I definitely want one of these, thanks for posting Cobra! :pir-classic:

I for one am more than happy to get more of them for parts. :pir-sweet:

Also the Admiral is only in 1 set yet!

I had to buy him from Bricklink just to get Joey Locks torso!

Nice! I was hoping for a cheaper way to get the Admiral and pirate wench. Hopefully this set will be 15$ like the Castle tic-tac-toe.

im hoping this goes away soon! yes, i am excited about it, but what would make me very happy is if this were our first siting of januarys set line... although we'd normally see that at a toyfair or comic con or something... maybe the "jan" pirate sets are being released for christmas again? that would be okay, but ive already planned out my christmas wishlist so really, i dont have room for more stuff!(my birthdays in january and ive already planned to ask for the galactic enforcer so really not a whole lot more money left to pirates... although if this IS what i hope it is, much rearanging can be done for my birthday(the 29th, 2 days before I get allowance too! throw in a birthday party, some money from each person :pir-tongue: , might be able to get a nice army goin for my bday.

although this set would have been rather nice to hint at oh, maybe 4 months ago when i was buying cannon battles for battle packs!!!! 20some $ waisted on cannons, a wall that just wont stand up, and the most common pirate man in the collection.

me and my friend do brickwars and we trade some of our men around when we buy sets like these, so we can make those brickwars armies more afficient. so each of these sets will be getting me 8 redcoats, brickbeard(cuz im stingy and want more because hes awesome :pir-devil: ), and a redcoat/blue coat general (not sure cuz there never seems rto be a storyline with these things any more).... if this is 20$ set though, idk how many ill buy, but 10$ id buy alot, 15$ id buy maybe 3....

Honestly; as a Castle fan I'm a bit jealous. Our Tic-tac-toe set wasn't nearly as diverse as this wonder. With ours we got 10x mounted knights (5 skelie knights; 5 crownie knights). I would have loved some variety. This is a fantastic little assortment of figs. Who knows; maybe you guys will see a chess set in your future.

Wow, this tic-tac-toe set is much better than the City and Castle ones (except for the fact that there's no chrome silver swords :pir_tongue: )!

I'll definitely be getting one of these (I'm not a huge Pirates fan, but I do still like it), since almost all of the minifigures are new to me. I'm guessing that this one will cost around $20 USD (the City and Castle ones were $15 USD, and they had no variety)? :pir_laugh2:

Are the tiles glued to the baseplate on the Tic Tact Toe sets? I hope not...

Looks great though!

How fast do the Tic-Tac toe sets sell out? They were always sold out online when I tried to buy them before and luckily bought the last 3 at my Lego Store

I'm thinking these will at least be in the $20 range because of the new figs. I'll buy at least 5

Thanks for the information~

but we know... it will be 'made in China...' :pir-hmpf_bad:

hope the quality will be better than the 'Castle Tic-Tac-Toe' :pir-sceptic:

An admiral! and soldiers all armed with muskets! and captain and wench! this is my dream...

Methinks the blue coated mini-figure is intended to be the modernised Governor Broadside...

Not sure why everybody is calling him Admiral when the Admiral was a red coat.

Mister Phes, isn't lego about using your imagination?

even though your right... :pir-look:

30 people reading ths? Wow. must be very popular.

What's this imagine you write of? Never heard of it.

I'll let LEGO Battles be my imagination!

You sir are a symbol of the media taking over our minds man!

But really, I'm letting lego be the guidline, and me be the designer :pir-grin: .

I think Governor Broadsides old face is way better.

But, the Two figures combined equals a great fig!

I'm quite happy to take kudos for brainwashing everybody. :pir_laugh2:

But I'm far too outlandish for mass mind control - somewhere there will be people moaning that I'm immature and a terrible forum leader. Well all I'm gonna say is I'm having lots of fun! I'm the Richard Branson of the Pirate LEGO world or something like that.

Ok, back on topic...

Look at the poll results soar - almost 50 votes already!

Do not dispair! We may see blue coats again one day.

Actually, how would everyone feel if blue coats and red coats appeared in the same set more often?

I would like that :pir-classic:

Anyways breaking news thanks to Alywin for posting this:

It would be a bloomin shame if they didn't release this set in the country of LEGO's origin!

jep but youll be suprissed what never shows up in the market in denmark....suck´s

Great little set! But now it gets more difficult to chose between this, some BPs and the advent calendar. And I have the feeling that TLC wants to make easy money, what lowers the chances of an exclusive set...
