Cool! it would be funny if you put a bluecoats head on the bow!

The Bluecoats won't know what hit em' MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!, the judges would say all hail redcoats!

Heres a new update, its been slow because I still need that one order with the slopes and stuff:

Me, Hornbricker, Thok and my new lieutenant.

The bow technique:

To show you the sheer fear that will go through my enemys when they see the bow heading straight for them:

My Stern Skeleton:

My Carronade:

And finally a verdict from the News:

EDIT: The picture dates are out of alignment, the cameras date is wrong. And its not my usual camera, My high-definition camera has broken, For some reason it just turned off and won't turn on, even with new batteries.

Comments Welcome!

I love the basic part of the ship you have build so far, and I hope you will find the needed funds to complete this large project vey soon.

The French, Dutch and Spanish will have a hard time fighting this one off then :pir-devil: !

Glad to hear that! The Spaniards fought with us against you. :pir_laugh2:

Your ship is very impressive Joey, I'm eagerly awaiting seeing it in it's completed form.

So do I! :pir-sweet:

You guys don't know your enemy... :pir-devil:

@ the ship:

I think the bow technique looks good, but the headrails are not perfect yet. I think it is a good thing to take a close look on real ships or models.

The bricks are no problem I see, just take a closer look at the shapes and details and it will turn out nicely.

Your galleries look good so far, and the stern looks good as well!

Good luck with the build, I'd like to see the finished product. :pir-sweet:

This ship has cost me (Well my dad payed for it)...Ready...

£360.

But thankfully I got about £200 of it for my Birthday, So I only have to pay £160 of it. But still, The P&P of the items are insane!

$12 shipping which is like £7, Just for a item lot of $6!

Too bad your HD camera went broke Joey, i hope they can fix it.

I can't make much of these pictures, i only see some fuzzy bits from strange angles.

I'll await some better pictures before i give some more feedback.

now how's that to intimidate if it so much reminds one of the VASA, and we all know what happened to that ship ... :pir-tongue:

My thoughts exactly. :pir_laugh2:

I think the stern is a bit too yellow, you could try how it looks if you change the (square) yellow bricks on the side into black ones. fot the rest it looks good. Could you also show an overall look of the ship or do you want to wait with that to the final update?

looking good so far, keep it up

Thats huge, that cant be on a standard hull! Looking very good so far! Maybe too much yellow at the stern, you could replace those yellow 1x1 round cones with black ones, but i know the're usually yellow. When can we expect the finished result? Another masterpiece for us brits!

It will be finished within a few weeks. After my Exams, Rigging, Sails, New camera, Decals e.t.c.

I don't have over 100 Black Cones to use, so I cant really do it. Ill change some things to Black and It is a standard hull! Amazingly. :pir_laugh2:

Hi JoeyLock,

What you are showing looks mightilly impressive so far. :pir-classic::thumbup:

I'm looking forward to the end result.

I'm quite curious how such a massive structure looks on the prefab hull.

Do you have some photos of the fore and aft as well?

Kind regards,

Teddy

Not to be rude or anything, but why does your mother call you brother? :pir-tongue:

I hope you will soon find your HD camera for more and better pictures. :pir-cry_happy:

Your right, headrails, need work.

Also, With the french, they turned right around after the revolutionary and tried to take over the world... so that alliance was short lived... either way...

Fantastic! love to see it done. Hopefully you can get it done soon enough. How many hull sections is that!?!?!?! like 20!?!?!?!

Wow, The first comment in months! Woo!

Yeah, Its actually complete without sails or rigging yet. I have the cloth or the sails and string, I just haven't gotten around to putting it on, but I have this week off now so I could have a go!

The Unicorn is a 12 mid-sectioned with around 125 Cannons. Although I may try to have a go at upgrading some stuff on it today.

I was going to meet up with Blackmoor in the summer and exchange ideas, Because Blackmoors new Brick built hulled "Fourageux" is amazing and I was thinking of making a Brick built Unicorn, But cut down on cannons of course. However that will be in a few years time because of my new projects (Complete Wehrmacht Army e.t.c.)

edit: It's Fourageux. :pir-tongue:
