Hello I was just wondering if I could have a stencil or if somebody could tell me the dimensions of a 2x2 plate decal because I need to resize some images to fit on 2x2 plates or if you really want to go all out you can resize them for yourself thanks in advance! here's the images.

0,79375 (5/16") is the size of a 1 stud plate length so it is 1,5875 by 1,5875 mm

That depends on your dpi (dots-per-inch, i.e. how many pixels are printed on an inch, 2.54cm, of paper) setting. You should be able to do the math once you have your dpi setting. A default in many applications is 72 dpi I think.

How do I change my DPI to the average amount??

All depends on the application you're using I guess, but I'm no graphics expert, so I may not be the best person to ask. There should be a setting to resize the image to a certain size (size either in pixels - in which case you have to watch your dpi setting - and/or to inches/cm, in which case you're set once you plug in the values by JopieK).
