Adam Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Let's put the Croc Rod in the slot and get the heck out of here, shall we?
JimBee Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Okay, fine. Now what do we do? If the whole point was to use the crocodile rod, why have we been walking around looking for dead bodies when we could have left months days ago?
WesternOutlaw Posted August 18, 2009 Author Posted August 18, 2009 Well, we didn't start 'er up yet, and there's still the little issue of fuel. The gas in my tractor won't get us very far.
Sandy Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Well, we didn't start 'er up yet, and there's still the little issue of fuel. Wasn't the tank near the farm full of fuel? And I thought there was a barrelful near the post office, as well. Or am I just remembering things wrong?
Adam Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 Wasn't the tank near the farm full of fuel? And I thought there was a barrelful near the post office, as well. Or am I just remembering things wrong? Ah, but apparently there was something that stopped us from collecting the fuel from it. No matter, we'll just chop it with my axe and hold out cups.
Batbrick Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 I say we turn back, if that there town is so far away as you say, there's no reason ta cross this bridge unless we want oa go the same way as poor Bulldog. Has there been any placed unexplored yet?
Captain Zuloo Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 I'd like to go to one of the other unexplored points - I'd be interested in finding this logging train as we might be able to salvage a Johnson Rod from it.
JimBee Posted August 18, 2009 Posted August 18, 2009 I'd like to go to one of the other unexplored points - I'd be interested in finding this logging train as we might be able to salvage a Johnson Rod from it. I think we explored everything so far. We just need to get back to town so we can figure out how to get out of this place. Also, Grease, could you do me a quick favor? When we get back to town, could you please open up the gun safe in the jail with your lock picking abilities? I just want to make sure that guns are in there, and not something else...
Hinckley Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 I'd like to go to one of the other unexplored points - I'd be interested in finding this logging train as we might be able to salvage a Johnson Rod from it. Don't you remember my note?? Let's just get this rod to the crocodile engine. Quit trying to sabotage us.
Alice Posted August 19, 2009 Posted August 19, 2009 I want to go back to the EE and eat some of Schmelt's home cooking. I want to sleep in my comfortable train compartment and lock my door. Then, I want to cry. How the hell did I not end up with a gun!? Not a one of my special abilities have been needed. Why did I get chosen to be put in this horrible hell where I am obviously destined to die!? Maybe I should just register to vote in Willoughby and stop hoping for escape! I need comfort! OH! and Brakes... you have had a lot of close calls. I think it might have been because you are behind Killn George. Bad stuff is always his fault.
WesternOutlaw Posted August 19, 2009 Author Posted August 19, 2009 Realizing that Cassandra Crossing is not a safe route out of Willoughby, the weary group return to town to try their luck with the Crocodile. End Chapter 13
