The "Amazing" Mechanical Walker

Created for the 100-piece challenge over on Flickr's Lego Steampunk group. I pretty much never build in the theme, but wanted to give it a try.

This is very nice. I been seeing a lot of great Star Wars walkers lately but this is something different. The skeleton feet are a nice touch and I like the brown colour scheme.

Nice machine, I especialy like the use of the claws. It gives him a menacing look. My only suggestion would be to add a bit details more to the legs' articulation.

I also like the use of pieces like the treasure chest, saddles and the minifig body.

Good work I love the use of horse saddles a lot and I just love your part usage for all those strange part that many call "useless".

Nice use of gears along with a two color scheme. I can practically hear is hissing and whining as it walks along with steam billowing out behind it. Great job.

Beautiful steampunk creation! For a theme you rarely build in you've certainly created something near perfection. The use of barrels and backpacks really works, but my favourite parts are the feet, excellent piece choices.
