Lorentzen Posted August 27, 2009 Posted August 27, 2009 (edited) Just for reference: I bought two sets of the Cannon Battle today in the same shop, and the one had a dark green striped torso while the other one had the light green striped torso. Both had the mistake in the instructions where the pirate has white arms, and not yellow. BUT: In one of the instructions the head of the pirate is switched over with the head of the soldier in the instructions. Strange mistake, because that mistake is not in the other instruction book... they've got to much stuff to do in one day at the LEGO factory I think. Edited August 27, 2009 by Lorentzen Quote

Destroydacre Posted August 28, 2009 Posted August 28, 2009 The 'brown' ones are actually listed as an possible alternative in the Bricklink catalog. So it seems this obvious error is widespread. I'd ask for a replacement part. Thanks for the heads up! I hadn't heard that this was a common error. I've added a picture below just in case someone wanted to see a comparison. The good stickers were used, but there is still enough color left behind that you can make a comparison. The brown stickers really do look bad. Quote
