September 14, 200915 yr Toy soldiers Battlepack has the same price as Cairo Marketplace in Germany, so I would assume 9,99 to 10,99US$. Other german prices:Lego 7590 - Toy Story RC Car with Woody and Buzz - 19,99€ / 19,99 to 24,99$ Lego 7591 - Toy Story Zurg - 26,99€ / 24,99$ Lego 7592 - Toy Story Buzz - 26,99€ / 24,99$ Lego 7593 - Toy Story Buzz' Star Command-spaceship - 39,99€ / 39,99$ Lego 7594 - Toy Story Woody's Round-up! - 59,99€ / 49,99 to 59,99$ Lego 7595 - Toy Story Green toy soldiers - 13,99€ / 10,99$ US prices are assumed. I compared the Euro prices to same costing sets from S@H and looked how much they were on US S@H. This still leave room for a $100 set though? I think there may be 2x2 tiles- look at the hood on the jeep, there certainly doesn't look like a break.
September 14, 200915 yr Here is the list of Toy Story sets from Amazon.deLego 7590 - Toy Story Rettung von Woody und Buzz Lego 7591 - Toy Story Zurg Lego 7592 - Toy Story Buzz Lego 7593 - Toy Story Buzz' Star Command-Raumschiff Lego 7594 - Toy Story Woody's Round-up! Lego 7595 - Toy Story Grüne Plastiksoldaten yea hello stop motion paradise!
September 14, 200915 yr This still leave room for a $100 set though? There will be more sets when TS3 comes out - possibly they're saving a big flagship set for then. Jan is usually the more modest wave in most lines.
September 14, 200915 yr This still leave room for a $100 set though? There usually aren't any large sets in the January wave, remember? Those are always in the summer wave, so I'm guessing there will be a $100 set in the TS3 line. I think there may be 2x2 tiles- look at the hood on the jeep, there certainly doesn't look like a break. Not sure what you're trying to say, but if you zoom in closely on this pic, you can see a break on the hood. I see your point about the 2x4 tiles, Rick, but I still don't think that that's what they are. TLG usually only produces a new piece only when they think they can't really do it otherwise. For example, they created the 6x6 tile for the Venator because it was the exact size that they needed for the sticker and needed something that would be stable enough to keep the plates together. However, for this situation there are several possibilities, all of which would work perfectly well, so there's no need for a new, piece. Or at least that's how I see it. I don't want another <insert that tiresome argument> piece. yea hello stop motion paradise! Hehe, yeah, I'm playing with the thought of making some brickfilms with these as well. is there an exact date of release? or just in general in January? Well, it's generally January, but I'm guessing/hoping they will pop up around Christmas already, as January sets tend to do.
September 14, 200915 yr For example, they created the 6x6 tile for the Venator because it was the exact size that they needed for the sticker and needed something that would be stable enough to keep the plates together. They didn't even create that tile just for the Venator - the 6x6 tile was originally a Scala piece! http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=6881&in=S

September 14, 200915 yr So are the Little Green Men (Aliens) only going to be included in the Buzz and Zurg construction sets. I find it odd how most people who like the LEGO Toy Story line are huge fans of LEGO Star Wars. It's not that odd considering at Disneyland the rides are right across from each other. Star Wars and Pixar have strong ties with Disney and now they can branch out in LEGO, which is awesome.
September 14, 200915 yr is there an exact date of release? or just in general in January? In Germany it´s March. I would expect to come to the USA earlier.
September 14, 200915 yr Though we have already seen those pics before, looking at them again I find it amusing that the large figure sets seem to say "costraction" figure on them. It could say "construction," but I really see an "a" there. Looks like LEGO is making up their own words again (midi-scale?), this time contracting "construction" and "action." It may turn out I'm wrong about this though.
September 14, 200915 yr I'm pretty sure we had those pictures already, but they were taken down because they have "Confidential" written on them. Or it could have been a different thread. I don't usually get exceited about licensed lines but I really am getting more and more interested in these as time goes on. The best thing, I think, is how few pieces are shared between the sets; most lines tend to share the same basic pool of bricks, but none of these sets has anything in common with the others. It'd make an awesome display.
September 14, 200915 yr Has anyone noticed that one of the plastic army men has a green back pack? You can see in OKY's zoom of the jeep that one of the soldiers has a thing around his neck.
September 14, 200915 yr I don't know whether anyone has posted these, but there are some set images for TS: Please do NOT post images marked preliminary/ confidential. You can put in direct flickr links if you like, but there are actually links to these pics a few pages back. Regardless of whether set images have been posted elsewhere (such as the watermark free frontpage image), we do not post prelim/ confidential images at EB. Thanks!

Regardless of whether set images have been posted elsewhere (such as the watermark free frontpage image), we do not post prelim/ confidential images at EB. Thanks! Oh so we can posts the links to the flickr page itself for the pics. Good to know. However, what difference does it make? We got the real set pictures anyways. Not only that but the pictures are horrible and wrong. The space ship we are getting is a lot better than the first design in the box art picture.
September 15, 200915 yr Oh so we can posts the links to the flickr page itself for the pics. Good to know. Yes, you can post links to images marked prelim/ confidential but not the images themselves. Anyway these flickr pics look the same as the ones originally posted by booger540 back on Sep 9, anyway.
September 15, 200915 yr Woah! Happy to come back after two weeks to these sweet pics! Loving the look of the army set. I'd claim I'll get multiples, but I never do, but I'll definitely be getting them! Giant Buzz is very awesome, my sister's boyfriend is totally going to buy all these, he's the biggest Toy Story fan! I'll be sure to get the Zurg! To the Brickmobile!
September 15, 200915 yr Sorry if this picture has been posted before (but I do not want to read through 15 pages - please forgive me): Klaus-Dieter
September 15, 200915 yr I bet TLC is gonna sell a ton of those army dudes. I wonder if the double round bases are attached to the legs...
