The Crazy One Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 I don't live in America, but I know from Toys R Us they are $7.99. There's a review on Flickr with the price tag on the box. Is there any chance postage is added into the price already? Unless it varies from State to State, but I am not at a great understanding of that.
doctordark Posted December 1, 2009 Posted December 1, 2009 There're $7.99 according to shop@home http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Leaf.aspx?cn=617&d=351
Phantoka Kopaka Nuva Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 There're $7.99 according to shop@homehttp://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Leaf.aspx?cn=617&d=351 At least Nektann's name is mentioned in the description.
Clone OPatra Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 I was just in an American TRU two days ago, and can confirm that the Stars were $7.99. If only they had had Tahu…
Refia Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Apparently, with the update of "Destiny" on the story page of Bionicle.com, you can also see Rahkshi Star on the new Bios description. Old friends and enemies return to help turn the tide of battle on Bara Magna! Find out more about the BIONICLE Stars. But the new bios isn't up yet, of course.

Yeah, I noticed that a bit earlier. Are they updating the site? It seems unlikely they´d want an error that big to just be there with a link leading nowhere.
Phantoka Kopaka Nuva Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Yeah, I noticed that a bit earlier. Are they updating the site? It seems unlikely they´d want an error that big to just be there with a link leading nowhere. Yeah, kinda like in 2007 when they accidentally slipped Karda Nui in BIONICLEStory.com.
God Iron Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Yeah, kinda like in 2007 when they accidentally slipped Karda Nui in BIONICLEStory.com. Accept that was an intentional teaser, was it not?
Phantoka Kopaka Nuva Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 1. Which of the Stars set will be featured in the January comic?1a. Will any 2009 sets be in it? 2. Have you finished writing the 2010 book? 2a. When is it planned to be published online? 3. So next year, we'll only have 2 comic issues, plus Graphic Novel#8 and possibly #10, then online story afterwards, right? 4. Just to be sure: the golden armor can only be activated when all pieces are acquired, right? 4a. Can the Golden Hau be used (like a normal Hau) even if the full armor isn't acquired? 1) You'll find out when it comes out in a few weeks 1a) Yes 2) Yes 2a) Feb. or March 3) GN #8 and #9, #9 will be the 2009 comics collected. Otherwise, correct 4) Yes 4a) Yes Not much, just something I've been wondering. Of course, the Golden Hau thing is new.
Brickthing Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 Not much, just something I've been wondering. Of course, the Golden Hau thing is new. Ask if the Golden Hau is part of the armour specifically, eg if Kopaka collected the amour instead of Tahu, would the mask still be a Hau? Although slightly late, there are pictures of the Stars in the preliminary catalog here and here in case anyone is interested. It's sad to think that they're the last Bionicle leaks we'll see.

80 Dollar Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 I have just bought Tahu Star and he is is well worth the money...the gold Hau is so beautiful in hand. :)
Refia Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 You know, Skrall wields a different sword in the Group-picture than on his individual picture on the next page. Has this been noticed before?
Nightmare Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 You know, Skrall wields a different sword in the Group-picture than on his individual picture on the next page. Has this been noticed before? You're right, he's using his normal blade O_o. Might buy two Skralls and a red one
tao07 Posted December 3, 2009 Posted December 3, 2009 Hey good news everyone! Directly from Greg's blog: -- Good news to start with -- I have gotten permission to get a whole new list of approved names done for 2010 and 2011, which means we will be able to have some new named characters in the story!-- Plague tribe's element is ... iron. Yes, I know, that doesn't match their armor color, but there is a reason for that, which will get revealed in an upcoming mini-serial on BIONICLEstory.com called Sahmad's Tale. -- Look for more info on the Psionics power on Monday, same place. Greg Ok, now we now the element of Sahmad and Telluris' tribe! Also, we will get new characters in the story!
Brickthing Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Looking closer at the first picture, you can see that the Skrall has those blended green Av-arms. Tahu and Gresh also have them, which Tahu's blending to black to mimic the black shoulders of his original form. It's such a shame that it didn't continue to the final set. Does anyone have a suggestion for why not though?
Zip Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 You know those BZP prototype pieces that B6 has? I have 2 of the double-blended Avotoran arms. They're extremely weak and fragile, as Front said (Good thing I haven't snapped any ball joints on the sockets). So I'm guessing that double-blended pieces are too weak to be used in the final sets.
Phantoka Kopaka Nuva Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 I'm really hoping to see a Toa of Psionics next year. And we're getting a mini-serial??? YAY! A chance to see more of Sahmad (and possibly Telluris)!
80 Dollar Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Hmm...just noticed the new Hau isn´t very compatible with Metru heads...
Vezon Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 (edited) The Hau doesn't go in completely, but it stays in perfectly fine. It also looks good on Metru heads. Edited December 4, 2009 by Vezon

Blaver Posted December 5, 2009 Posted December 5, 2009 What I find really sad is the is its incompatibility with the Mata head ):
