Artahn Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 Remember that very loose script we got? Maybe they decided to pull off a few of those while they could... so there may still be a chance for Bionisaurs in the future.
Aanchir Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 IT'S NOT ENOUGH. WE NEED MORE.-Omi Pewku totally should have become the Toa of Light, guys. Stupid Takua stealing the attention. In all honesty, I'm fairly happy with the serials we've got now. Not too hard to keep up with-- even if Vezon's still in the story, he's no longer warping around from setting to setting and tangling the individual story threads.
Zaktan of the Shadows Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 I'm loving the Mata Nui Saga. Although Strakk and Skrall should not be there... -GRESHIOS
jala12 Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 I like the idea of a rogue Skrall joining the good side. I hope that idea is revisited in the future.
Zaktan of the Shadows Posted January 25, 2010 Posted January 25, 2010 I wonder what happened to Gresh and Berix in that movie treatment? -ZotS
ShaddowCroc Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 I wonder what happened to Gresh and Berix in that movie treatment?-ZotS Gresh was there, just not mentioned by name, and only received acknowledgement by his element of air being used at that shrine thing (thankfully). But Berix was sent away by Mata Nui because he got hit by a thornax. (Like in the comic.)
jala12 Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 No, he was sent away because he got battered up by a sandstorm.
Malum_King_Vorox Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 (edited) Chapter 8 of Mata Nui Saga is up!!! In this chapter, Mata Nui has a flashback and remembers when he was built by the Great Beings, 100,000 years ago!!! Brickthing Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Well that blows all we knew of the MUGS' construction out of the water. Also, what do they plan to do with the head? They've barely started work on the waist!
Toa Lahka Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Is that the first confirmed appearance of the Great Beings then?
Ikki o' Moopyville Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 (edited) Aside from the fact that every single being on the planet would have seen such a construction, building Mata Nui erect would prolly throw the planet outta orbit. I don't think these people realize that Mata Nui is about the size of South America. At least. -Ikk EDIT: Also, them domes they be a-missin'! Edited January 28, 2010 by Ikki o' Moopyville
ultimate antrozek Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Mata Nui is big as the earth. He easily could be a moon for S.M I expected that his creation was more....more...magical
Artahn Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 I expected that his creation was more....more...magical ^Anyone got a picture of God creating the earth by waving a wand?
Zaktan of the Shadows Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Thats pretty awesome. I'm loving the art. -ZotS
ultimate antrozek Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 ^Anyone got a picture of God creating the earth by waving a wand? If no one have...I can make one
Zaktan of the Shadows Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 GREAT BEING'S ARE HUMANS!!!! Just kidding. I'm still naming my son Angonce though... -GRESHIOS
Aanchir Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 The upright building layout for Mata Nui is a bit odd, true. Not sure how the domes work, although technically the head is being held prone, which makes sense since (to my knowledge) Metru Nui was the first interior structure completed.
ultimate antrozek Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 I wonder why the scale is soooo wrong
Bundalings Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 I wonder why the scale is soooo wrong Because the actual scale is impossibly and ridiculously huge.
Omicron Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 I wonder why the scale is soooo wrong Or maybe it is right. The people building it might be bigger than you're average being. :P -Omi
Cap'n Kopaka Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 Or maybe it is right. The people building it might be bigger than you're average being. :P-Omi The way I saw it was that the dots weren't individual people but big crowds. After all, if they're travelling such long-distance they'd need to set up camp, travel in groups, etc. Or they could be big, but the scale is just most likely off x3 ~ck
ultimate antrozek Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 Or maybe they are beings that we never heard about that are uber big and uber strong. Or maybe just artistic license
Ikki o' Moopyville Posted January 29, 2010 Posted January 29, 2010 Or maybe there's a huge lack of communication between every one on the BIONICLE Team involved in depicting and describing Mata Nui, hence why he varies between being Godzilla-size and Earth-size. Not that it's not a cool pic, tho. ^_^ -Ikk
Artahn Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 (edited) I don't see the problem. I mean, in the 2008 animations he stood up, yes? He didn't tip it out of its orbit then... Edited January 30, 2010 by Artahn
