HOLY AWESOME BATMAN. Those things may be some of the greatest things I've ever seen come from BIONICLE in recent years. HOLY. CRAPPING. AWESOME.

I'm getting at least three of these as soon as possible. Tahu or Taka first. O:

LEGO finally got smart and trashed the villagers in favor for something every fan would fall for! I can't help but wonder why we have not seen any 2010 sets yet, these guys don't seem to be in the story line.

Since we have only blue and brown/yellow sets left to see, and there was neither a yellow Rahkshi or Piraka, that means...

We'll get a brown set.

Well, taka was gold in 2003, and gunmetal and white in 2008, but he is silver here, so don't be so sure :P

Hmm, a Brown Rahkshi would be cool, but a blue Piraka would mean Vezok. Which makes me mildly sad because I was hoping for Vezon, not his former self/half.

(And I don't think Avak was enough of a character to justify a rerelease of. :/)

Brown Rahkshi and Vezok sounds more plausible then Blue Rahkshi and Avak.

... actually I do believe we could see a yellow Rahkshi, considering they ARE technically canon, Heat Vision. But probably not. so yaaaay

And this is so awesome. I'm glad that we are getting Bionicle Stars, because they are, I believe, separate from the other sets. Hopefully with no story affect. yaaaay again

Also Skrall is cuuute. And someone screen cap the zoomed images and save 'em please, because I dunno if these are actually supposed to be released yet, considering they are "Out of Stock" at every single Target where I live according to the site.

Golden Hau replaces Red Hau

Two armours (From Gresh and Takanuva) Replace Tahu's shoulder armour

Nuva Armour replaces hand guard.

Skakdi heads are attached by ball joint and I think the Spines are a tad too long [although it's possible...], I'm going to go out on a limb and guess one of the following:

A new head, same spines.

A new head, new spines.

Avtoran head and a Axlerod attached Piraka-esque mask. ._.

I'm divided. I like the new mini feet, the snazzy armor with a plus rod connection is going to be useful, plus they look super nifty on Av-toran bodies

So there's... 12 small sets, right?

Which means, looking at the pieces right now, that's...

1 mask

2 Nuva armor

3/2? New chest/arm armor

4 Limbs?

2 Feet? [Want]

2 Hands?

Something along those lines to customize Tahu/whoever.

Dunno. $8 is awfully high though. Even with inflation, that's the price of the canister sets back in 2001, [i think they were around $7, right?]

Tahu: Definitely gonna get him. Av-toran head can go die in a fire, but he has new armor, feet, mask, Apparently an extra mask. That's amazing, the masks make him an auto buy. ._. I mean, you basically have original Tahu and GoldMask Tahu right there.

Taka: Eh... If that Avhokii was White, I would have eaten him up. All he has is armor, White Nuva armor and feet.

Gresh: Recolor helm, nifty blades and lime armor. I don't think I'll get him, but he looks really kiddy and adorable.

Skrall: Silver Kopaka Blade makes a return. :o Looks like TLC coincidentally makes a return with the sexiest blade ever, like I hoped. Weird.

I hope Front is right. Maybe we can see more recolors.

And mask packs. Please oh please.

And about the stores; check any stores near you, they all say Out of stock. :P

Only six Stars though. Maybe six regular small sets, which probably wouldn't have the gold bits.

I would much prefer this new Tahu over the regular Tahu. They are one dollar more expensive. Although much fewer pieces, the articulation is much better, and no loose gear shit anymore.

@Mask packs: Don't think so. Maybe the gold pieces would be randomly distributed, but I don't think so on that either.
