Brickthing Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Do colors have to match exactly? *shrugs* Meh, it's just a suggestion, as it's unlikely that it'll be one of the more obscure kraata powers unless Greg is fully in charge of the nature of the Rahkshi. Most likely the colour to power relationship will be retconned, but I jsut hope that it's not to retcon Panrahk.
~Wrack'n'Ruin~ Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Impulse-level sets have been released earlier before, haven't they? I wonder when we'll see the canisters.
Front Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 There will be two thousand and ten sets in 2010.
Brickthing Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 There will be two thousand and ten sets in 2010. It would be amazing to see a set list for that kind of number.
~Wrack'n'Ruin~ Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 There will be two thousand and ten sets in 2010. Oho, clever. Although, something you said previously interested me, about "forgotten about the 2010 sets and already working on 2011". Just how far ahead has Lego planned? It's impressive, to say the very least. Good Job.
Bundalings Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 As Omi kindly pointed out, that's the power for yellow - yellow-orange doesn't have a power assigned to it yet. Sure, it isn't pure yellow, but it's still yellow. I mean, the colors aren't that similar when you compare them, but I don't see why you wouldn't say that Rahkshi is yellow. It's too similar to yellow to be a new power... unless they just throw out the idea of yellow=heat vision and say it's something else. There will be two thousand and ten sets in 2010. yay ~Bunda

Phantoka Kopaka Nuva Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 im Thrash on bzp...now onto topic these may be summer sets..but it keeps me wondering...why would they sell em early? How many times do we have to explain? THESE ARE NOT SUMMER SETS! THESE ARE WINTER 2010 SETS!
God Iron Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 I think the storyline could be easily fixed with this. Tahu is already in his Mata Form. Takanuva could be an evil Takanuva or something else. Rahkshi are very common. Gresh could be a flashback as a child. Skrall could be a new class or a child. Vezok could be detransformed. Anyway it could all be flashbacks. That would be better and much simple, could be done like the first Nuva comic.

Artahn Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 One of those Czech sites just released a description for Stars :"Od svého uvedení na trh v roce 2001 se prodalo ve sv›t› více než 165 miliónů kusů BIONICLE. V roce 2010 se sága BIONICLE uzav™e. Na záv›r se Vám p™edstaví šest nejpopulárn›jších figurek všech dob v novém kabát›. Každá plechovka obsahuje jeden zlatý prvek. K finální prom›n› Tahu (7116) ve zlatého Toa bude pot™eba nasbírat všech šest plechovek." Which roughly means : The Bionicle franchise has sold worldwide over more than 160 million sets since it´s introduction in 2001. In the year 2010 the BIONICLE saga is going to be concluded. Six of the most popular figures of this line have been redesigned and will present themselves this year. Each canister contains a golden piece you can use to transform Tahu into the golden Toa. You have to collect all 6 cannsters to do so. End of the saga?! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, now that I've gotten that out of me... does that mean they are going to make a new storyline? Is Bionicle going to continue making sets? Is Ben 10 really going to replace Bionicle?! OH NO!!!!!! (Calming down again...) I just hope they continue making Bionicle-esque sets. I think that's all we can ask for...

Tyranide Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Tyranide, the Flickr Photos were much bigger. I wasn't able to find better ones; I forgot to save the originals yesterday. End of the saga?! AAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!Okay, now that I've gotten that out of me... does that mean they are going to make a new storyline? Is Bionicle going to continue making sets? Is Ben 10 really going to replace Bionicle?! OH NO!!!!!! (Calming down again...) I just hope they continue making Bionicle-esque sets. I think that's all we can ask for... I believe there'll be a new storyline, that's gonna be just a conclusion to Mata Nui saga. Or probably not.
Erebus Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 (edited) You got a link to where the site says this? EDIT: Found it.And who says they're releasing 2 more movies? - Tilius I think GregF confirmed that. Edited September 21, 2009 by Erebus
Vezon Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 You got a link to where the site says this? EDIT: Found it.And who says they're releasing 2 more movies? - Tilius It was first said quite some time ago, but I forget by who (guessing it was Greg). I know he said recently that he's been working on the story for the 2010 film. BS01 has had this line on its "Movies and Animations" page for months, possibly a year: Two additional movies by Tinseltown Toons are scheduled to be released in 2010 and 2011.
Brickthing Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 It's most likely only the MU saga that is concluding, as there's no reason for BIONICLE as a whole to stop. And even if BIONICLE does stop, there will be a new line extremely similar to replace it, like what happened just before BIONICLE with Throwbots and Roboriders.
ShaddowCroc Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 I really don't think they're actually going to end the BIONICLE line. It sells WAAAYY too well for LEGO to just end it now. Besides Front earlier said that he was working on the 2011 sets, and had forgotten about 2010, so hopefully BIONICLE actually isn't over yet. Because that would really suck. >:
Toa Lahka Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 megablocks. That's all I have to say. Agreed. Is it just me or does 2010 Lego have a really weird vibe to it?
tao07 Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 In the year 2010 the BIONICLE saga is going to be concluded. DAMN IT!!!!!!!! I KNEW IT!!!!!!!!!!!
Omicron Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 (edited) That line "story will be concluded" can be misconstrued, kinda like "city in the skies" was last year. Think about it, technically the story already concluded last year with Mata Nui awaking, which was what the whole Bionicle saga was about. Creating a new power for yellow-orange would be a retcon, which I don't think is likely. Like nothing hasn't already? :P Heard the same shit from Star Wars fans too. :P -Omi Edited September 21, 2009 by Omicron
