It looked pretty nice...You can see a larger picture of the mini Neptune Carrier set on Unknown User2596's Flickr photostream. Looks awesome for a mini set! It'll go well alongside the actual set. Matn Posted December 20, 2009 Posted December 20, 2009 8079 for 25 euro looks very good to me. I'm not really impressed by that set, but the red vehicle looks nice. And the monster looks decent enough. I think it looks pretty big for a 25 euro set, but it can be that the boxart is playing tricks on me. I'll have to wait on some reviews. Quote

The Green Brick Giant Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 Yeah 25 Euro seems really really cheap to me considering how badly you guys get screwed over there. Quote
squidman85 Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 Yeah 25 Euro seems really really cheap to me considering how badly you guys get screwed over there. Yeah,but...Scavenger and Guardian arre really cheap to(i thought they will be 19.99,but they're 16.99!) Quote
Dannylonglegs Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 The mini-set looks great, I'm glad I get brickmaster, cause I'm not likely to get the full sized one. That's Dutch. And I'm still not impressed by this set. beet me to it ~Insectoid Aristocrat Quote
Batbrick Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 That mini-Neptune set is so adorable! It's a perfect emulation of the actual thing and even better in some ways Batbrick Away! Quote
Alywin Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 The Shark Army (or Navy?? ) !!!! From LEGO catalogue in Japan Quote
AmperZand Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 The Atlantis range is now available in the UK. I picked up Gateway of the Squid 8061 (GBP25) and Manta Warrior impulse set 8073 (GBP2.50) from Bluewater on Friday. Apologies if this news has already been mentioned. It may be available elsewhere in the UK either online or off. Good thing I asked specifically at the LEGO shop for the Mantaman 8073; they had it in their stock room but not on display because they didn't know it existed! It's going to be a very merry Xmas! The Green Brick Giant Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 In the USA the Jan-Feb 2010 LEGO Club Magazine is out, all the Atlantis pages are in 3D. :) There will also be a Cartoon Network movie on January 15th. Quote

user Posted December 22, 2009 Posted December 22, 2009 I don't know if this is "News" but I have seen a few atlantis sets at target along with other 2010 stuff. So they're definitely showing up in more places! Quote
Christian Posted December 23, 2009 Posted December 23, 2009 Later this year, three more atlantis sets will be released, one of which is the Shark temple, that we have seen sketches of. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/gerjan/Oberhausen/018.jpg The pics are in the upper right corner. Quote
YG-49 Posted December 23, 2009 Posted December 23, 2009 OMG! Underwater scorpian! The shark temple looks great, I love the shark head entrance. Quote
Lordofdragonss Posted December 23, 2009 Posted December 23, 2009 Underwater scorpion with twin-needles? hahahah lego is awesome! It's looks like trans green spears! And I must say te temple is impresive! (5 rings)! Quote

Why is Mr. Octopus in all the big and most likely more expensive sets? ;_; But anyway, yeah, those look awesome. The diver base (?) looks a bit strange, though. Quote
squidman85 Posted December 23, 2009 Posted December 23, 2009 Why is Mr. Octopus in all the big and most likely more expensive sets? ;_; Because the shark temple is a portal and it have all "underwater" people(Squid people,Manta warriors and Shark-men) (Read Doctor Rhodes Diary on lego.com ) But anyway, yeah, those look awesome. The diver base (?) looks a bit strange, though. Yes,i think that way too,but i think,if there will be(sometime at year of 3000)underwater base,it will look more like Atlantis diver's base, than other lego undersea themes. I like the scorpion(how much will it cost?16.99 or 19.99?It seems bigger than scavenger and guardian, but smaller that turbo sub and turtle),base(it have many cool pieces and nice trans-green glasses) and amazing shark temple(a lot of castle black walls, nice shark head and statues, golden and dark-red pieces, all "Atlantis people"(maybe) and portal with all keys).
