Posted August 14, 200915 yr Hey all, just droppiong a line to introduce myself Im in my early 20s from Newcastle, Australia. Like most kids i always enjoyed lego and the pirates set were always my favourties Ive been a great fan of anything piratey (is that a word?.. probly not) since seeing the first Pirates of the Caribbean film and upon rencently getting all 3 movies on DVD for my birthday it inspired me to dig out my old pirate lego sets. Unfortunately there were many missing/damaged pieces and i happened to stumble apon thios site while looking for places to buy replacements. I play alot of World Of Warcraft, and this is where the name of my sigfig Edgehead comes from; he is also my main WoW character, and like all my major toons he is aligned with WoW's resident pirate faction, the Bloodsail Buccaneers. The name Edgehead itself comes from my intrest in professional wrestling, as my favourite WWE superstar Edge often refers to his fans as edgeheads. anyway thats all i can think of for now, so im goin to go back to patiently waiting for my Skulls Eye Schooner to arive that i bought on ebay a couple of weeks ago (heres hopin its just over the horizon)

August 15, 200915 yr And yes......Piratey is a word. Indeed it is, although a fancier word you could use is Piratical. Since you're from Australia, you should drop by ANZFOL and sign up to stay up to date with info relating to Aussie LEGO fans. But welcome to Eurobricks and Classic-Pirates.com mate, enjoy your stay.
