sam89 Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 I assume this is your site and not an official site? How soon is it coming? ;)
MattZitron Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 Nice pic. Can't wait to see more from it, AND LEGO!!!
Chuck Posted December 25, 2005 Posted December 25, 2005 is it real no offense, but thats a stupid question
Evil Willy Posted December 26, 2005 Posted December 26, 2005 Wonder if there will be enough to talk about just LEGO Batman..
gylman Posted December 26, 2005 Posted December 26, 2005 is it real no offense, but thats a stupid question Well to be fair... I'm not sure what the question is. If he means "is batman lego real?" then this question has been settled. If he means is the site a lego sponsored site like Bionicle.com etc. then it's a good question. Gyl
Zane Posted December 26, 2005 Posted December 26, 2005 It's clearly a fan site - there's not capital letter on the writing, it ain't in a posh font, and Batman's hand is pointed.
Yuppley Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 But, who would waste money making a domain just for that?
Sir Dillon Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 Maybe he'll add more to it once the Batman stuff comes out?
gylman Posted December 29, 2005 Posted December 29, 2005 But, who would waste money making a domain just for that? Well... it doesn't cost that much (about $50 annually, right?). If batman lego becomes huge, say like Starwars, and the potential is there, then this domain would be worth A LOT!! I don't think this is a bad idea at all.
MattZitron Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Grumpy lot you are! I applaud anyone who puts the creative effort into a fan site. I look forward to the finished product.
Kikuichimonji Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Lol, FBTB has a link to that site on their frontpage. I think they believe it's real :P
Jipay Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Still I'm not totaly sure about the "I register and make only post to advertise for website" thing. I think that is just not the proper way to do things :/
WesternOutlaw Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Maybe we'll see some good buildings this time (as opposed to Spider Man).
MattZitron Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Still I'm not totaly sure about the "I register and make only post to advertise for website" thing. I think that is just not the proper way to do things :/ I agree with you in that respect.
BatmanIAm Posted January 1, 2006 Author Posted January 1, 2006 Still I'm not totaly sure about the "I register and make only post to advertise for website" thing. I think that is just not the proper way to do things :/ some people are just trying to have some intercommunity fun. we are all friends, and there is no need to jump to such silly conclusions.

Its a fair point Batman. Just joining a site and promoting your website without taking part in the community isn't particularly friendly. And its not as if a bit of time hasn't passed since your original post.
BatmanIAm Posted January 1, 2006 Author Posted January 1, 2006 my apologize for not being here 247. i cant be here all the time. who said it was my website?
sam89 Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 I've just noticed that LEGO are exhibiting at the London Toy Fair on 25th January: http://www.britishtoyfair.co.uk/files/ Perhaps this could be our first glimse of the new Batman sets?
Jipay Posted January 1, 2006 Posted January 1, 2006 Well, sorry to mention it, but you were here much less than 24 7. We would just have appreciated you presented yourself on the forum before posting this link. And yes Sam, it will, at least from what Jake told us
