Me too. I even keep the polybags from sets!

I just keep any damaged pieces that I have. I'll probably use them for things like fillers (as Siegfried said) in the future.

OK, Now that's hardcore

I have all my lego bags, and gundam model kit bags, and even kept the air filler bags from packages. Using them to store lego. But I ran out of those plastic zippy things to tie the bags.

Well, they don't take much space since I just keep them in each box that they came in.

And I only have been buying LEGO sets since 2006-2007, so my collection is still pretty small (only around a few hundred USD).

I spent a few hundred USD restarting my Lego Collection in the past month. I should stop buying sets. But Castle sets will be OOP soon, which makes me want to buy more of the sets while I still can. Well I have quite a bit of crownies and trolls so I should be satisfied for now. The best I can do is just think to myself that newer sets will come, so I don't want to spend all my money on just Castle sets.

I used to do that to. But then my "just a few" LEGO sets became more, so to save room I put boxes in boxes and I compressed the bags in the spaces. This plan was short lived as it got really messy so the bags went... then I was forced to flatten the boxes... :cry_sad:

I keep all such parts in a separate box and don't generally use them. I don't discard them altogether because I do occasionally find something useful in there, and I figure I can give them to someone eventually. I'm super picky about part quality and in some cases, a "damaged" piece to me would be a "very good condition" piece to many other people.

I do that too, but they just stay in the boxes they came in, which I also keep.
