posades Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Looks really good, a faithful reproduction of the original. One small complaint, shouldn't it be called a Megafig not Maxifig? Quote
KimT Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Looks really good, a faithful reproduction of the original. One small complaint, shouldn't it be called a Megafig not Maxifig? Mega or maxi, it still kicks some serious butt Great MOC, must have taken a lot of time to build and design the look of it. Quote
menq Posted August 23, 2009 Author Posted August 23, 2009 Mega or maxi, it still kicks some serious butt Great MOC, must have taken a lot of time to build and design the look of it. Thanx for putting it on the frontpage!! Quote

Kaitan Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Amazing MOC! I've tried doing a large minifig, found it too hard and gave up in disgust :) Maybe I should've planned it on the computer first like you. Really excellent work, and welcome to eurobricks ! Kaitan Quote
RileyC Posted August 23, 2009 Posted August 23, 2009 Wow! Thats incredible! Thats so cool how you can take his jetpack off and his arms move. Great work and welcome to EB! How long did this take to build? Quote
Fumoffu Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 This is amazing and you didn't just create a statute. You built it with moveable parts too! Do you have a Boba Fett minifigure? If so it will be a nice contrast to put it next to this MOC. Quote
DarthSion Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 What program did you use to make this with, how do you get the arms to move, moving arms is the most incredible part of this. Quote
Strand Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Very sweet humongous Boba, how much does it weight? "Aang. That rhymes with Meng! And you got some pretty big ears don't you" Quote
Big Cam Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 WOW, thats incredible, it looks as good as the ones they have in LEGO stores. Quote
Darth Legolas Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 You're welcome. Do I get a cookie for being first to guess this would be frontpaged? On Topic: So the arms and hands move! That's incredible! Do you know quite how many pieces it is? Quote

Commander_Rob Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Wow, really, that is absolutely amazing, I searched for some pictures of the actual minifig for comparison (sadly I don´t have it) and you perfectly reproduce it. For reference, here is the Bricklink picture of Cloud City Boba Fett: Quote
saberwing Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 That is absolutly amazing. I never suceeded in making such a maxi/megafig. Let's hope you make more! Quote
Rocky Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Thats great! You can tell that a lot of time and effort was put into this lego boba fett. I really like how you were able to make the helmet removable and the arms move. I haven't seen a moc this good in a while. Thank you for sharing this with the community and welcome to eurobricks.
