Brown and round with a label depicting the set and set name. The Set: A nice little set with a bum, his backpack-stick, a beer bottle, a trashcan and a bench a.k.a bed. This also has a certificate: City Bum pre YMCA: City Bum post YMCA: This set was handed out as an extra. We got the EB002 "Space Hotties" as the Event Kit, but this one was an Event Exclusive and given as an extra-extra I recall this being the winner of a contest on making a City Impulse. - But I wont bet my hat on it.

August 31, 200915 yr When I first saw the pictures, I thought he had the world's largest crack pipe. That is very unnecessary. I did get a good laugh from this when I saw it in the impulse conest thread.
