But surely we'll leave at least Killin' George and Jethro here to rot. If they board that train, I'm going to stay here and become a hermit myself. :hmpf_bad:

I'm sure you guys would be thrilled if I did that, though, but we can see who's laughing last when they slaughter every one of you in that train.

I agree. George and Jethro should at least be locked in a secure car if they are coming with us.

If the tanker is to heavy to pull, why don't we empty it using the barrel?

Look, I have an obligation to respect the paying passengers privacy. Heck, even passengers are only allowed in the cars necessary to reach their cabins. It's not that we don't want to help you guys, it's just that I don't see any reason why you would even want to venture into other parts of the train.

You want money? I've got lots of it, take twice the ticket fee.

I'm confused. Is there still oil in it? Why don't we take that out and use it for the train. We have a barrel with us, just make a few trips with that to and from the tanker.

Or we could just empty the tanker and push it over. Without the oil it would be much lighter.

Or I could just drink all the oil, and then belch into the engine over and over again, giving it the oil...

I'm confused.

You can say that again.

Moving on. :sceptic:

It's a gas tanker. :hmpf:

Please don't tell us what you can do with gas or I'll shoot you. :hmpf_bad:

Blowing up the tanker would probably blow up the tracks too, right?

avsteve.jpg

I'm not a demolitions expert, but I think you're right. Destroying the tanker would most likely destroy the tracks as well.

IF you get to LA. My good friends Smith and Wesson aren't absolutely convinced that's going to happen if you start becoming difficult.

Use the tractor to pull the tanker back where it started or at least farther away from the train and I'll ride along on the tractor with you. When we get there, we'll disconnect and assume a safe distance. I'll use this handy dynamite I've been carrying since the mill to make short work of our minor obstacle which should make a nice little fireworks show. I'll place it high on the tanker to avoid track damage, and yes, I know the physics of the situation, I've done it before.

avbrakes.jpg

I don't know- it's definately a plan, but it seems a "bit greasy". I just don't believe that an explosion large enough to get the tanker off the track would NOT damage the track in some way.

Perhaps one of our townies has a special skill that might help this situation (Hint...hint... )

They can be locked in the storage car.

Please come foward...

I blew up a truck one time by shooting a bullet into it's gas tank. So I guess I'll take Greaser's gun and do that.

There will be no blowing up anything or shoot'n gas tanks in my town. I know you folks aren't particularly fond of Willoughby; for good reason, but let's just keep the guns in your pockets and the dynamite happy to see another town (whatever that meant)

Wasn't there a crane in the town? Can't we move it to lift the car of the tracks and move on?

I think that's a great idea - good think'n Jeb! I can't believe that I didn't think of that myself. Let's make it happen and get out of this flea-bitten town!

avmark.jpg

I knew that crane down on Main Street had to be good for something. Someone pull out a map and see if the train line passes Main Street.

Beam me up Scotty!

I am? Oh, yes! I almost forgot! But isn't my crane immobile? Well, whatever! Let me just work my magic...

TheBrickster, if this doesn't work...

Isn't it supposed to run on those rails there? Oh well...

We could mount it on the tractor maybe....

And I have my moments....Sometimes

It doesn't exactly have wheels...

Isn't it to big for your tractor? :look:

Oh and I'd just like to say that anyone without a ticket trying to go into restricted areas will be dealt with. *practise's martial arts moves*

That's what I said. :cry_sad:

Dude, I have an axe and a crane. :look: Not a good combination, Jackie Chan.

avcharlie.jpg

I think I may be able to help.

(pulls out map pointing to Main Street)

25.jpg

It turns out that the train will pass Main Street, very close to the crane. I can use my "special building skills" to assist in modifying the crane (just a tad) to lift/hoist the fuel tanker out of the way. We might want to drain it just in case.

And that's exactly what occurs next... After the tractor pulls the tanker to Main Street, Charlie gets busy with a few of the stronger men (and Lorraine) modifying the building crane to lift the tanker.

After completion, the crane is able to lift the tanker a few inches to clear the track, then lifts it to the ground nearby.

avaustin.jpg

Well slap my @$$ and call me Jethro - we've cleared the rail with a little teamwork (and a whole lot of help from above).

Everyone returns to the engine shed where Steve gets ready to start the engine.

avsteve.jpg

Well boys (and girls), this is the moment we've all been waiting for. (Takes out a large pair of fuzzy white and black dice and hangs them in front of the Crocodile's front window).

avmaxwell.jpg

Hello, I'm Capt'n Maxwell Snyder and I'll be serving as your pilot today. I'm going to go ahead and turn on the "fasten seatbelt lights", if you'd all return to your seats. We will be providing your choice of Willoughby beverages today, as well as a small microscopic bag of complimentary peanuts.

avjim.jpg

Now for those of you resting comfortably on the roof of the Crocodile's cabin, we ask that you please heed all safety warnings; and as a reminder, please keep all arms and legs inside the 6-stud wide barrier.

(thinking... you may get them chopped off here on Willoughby Air)

avbrakes.jpg

I'll be tending the non-functional Brakes.

avsteve.jpg

Now if anyone wants to stay behind, this is your last chance.

(bends over within the small train cabin and crosses the red and blue wires... SPARK!)

Oops! I always get these mixed up. It's the red and GREEN wire. :sweet:

This one's for you Bulldog! and Scruffy too.

I'm so happy! We'e finally going to LA :cry_happy:

Oh, wait, I live in Willoughby... um, so all you city folk are willing to take us on the train? Or is it the other way around? Are we willing to take you, since this is our train, techniquely...

But seriously, do we want to leave anyone ere? Can we leave anyone here?

I'm coming. :sweet: But let's kill the town hall people first. *raises axe*

avoreilly.jpg

Now now Peter. What did I tell you about those axes? Don't make me hurt you!

avjim.jpg

We should be fair to all the Townies who want to come with us. This may be their only chance out of this troubled town.

This is so exciting! I can't wait to get back to my day job as a McDonald's chef civilisation!

:cry_happy:

Why don't you just tell me what I need to do to get a ride on this train?

avlorraine.jpg:wink:

I would like to come along! I don't want to be left here in the control of the council. :cry_sad:

Alright. :cry_sad: *puts axe in back pocket, next to firecracker* I'm coming along! I'll just sit right here in the dining car - sorry, Eleanor - and enjoy the ride! :sweet:

Man, I'm definitely coming on the train. The constant fear I'm living in from the town council is about to make me burst.

I'm a-comin'!

We're gettin' out! We're gettin' out! A-La, La, La!

*Does the Macarena*

Huzzah!
