My favourite has go to be 7822 and 7824. Both classic in their own right, and used mainly standard pieces.

The later 7997 was good, and looks like today's stations. The latest one is a bit rubbish, apart from the footbridge. Very poor.

I have already written in this topic, but these are true word of wisdom Brickimad! :sadnew:

I prefer last years 7937, it may only have a small ticket office, but a double platform with bridge to cross the track is very realistic. Though there is a place for some of the 80's and 90's stations, as I just wrote the 7937 is quite realistic for a town or even a small city layout. :classic:

Brick On Everyone !

My 3 faves:

1. 2150 metrostation in red

2. 7822 12V Train Station

3. 7997 Station

Honorable mention: 4555 9V Cargo Station

My favorite is the 4554 Metro Station (1991). It's a marvelous piece of LEGO architecture. As I was a child in the beginning of the 80s, I also like the 7824 Railway Station (1983). The 7997 Train Station (2007) is nice for a small town railway station.

The only station, I've got is the latest one - 7937 Train Station (2010) which is also nice, though it lacks a proper building (but hey - we're AFOLs, it's just a small challenge  ). I especially like it's a modernized version of the old 7822 Railway Station (1980).

The 4554 Metro is my favourite by a mile, followed by the 7822.

I love the Metro in red as well but the original one is a childhood favourite and always will be best in my eyes. :cry_happy:
