New LEGO Store to open in Berlin?

Hi all, job advertisements for the positions of "Store Manager" "Assistant Store manager" and "Verkäufer" (salesperson) have been recently advertised on LEGO.com. The advertisment states that it is looking to staff to work in a brand new LEGO Store in the heart of Berlin.

I'm interested in why LEGO is opening a Store in Berlin because of the fact that there's already the store of the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre at Potzdamer Platz, which already sells lots of Store-exclusive and S@H-exclusive merchandise. I'm guessing that this new store will be located far away from Potzdamer Platz.
