A lot of companies can really learn something here! You can call, write and e-mail them in your own language, and will receive a reply very fast, in fact I can't give a single other company who has the same high standard. I've called them a couple of times for missing parts in the sets I've bought, usually they would be at my doorstep in a matter of days... My compliments! Quote
filip skywalker Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 I have contacted customer service once, I got Obi wan kenobi head instead of qui-gon in the republic cruiser, and they helped me directly, it arrived 5 days after order! Also, when I ordered the 10198 Tantive IV, the website said my order would come in 12 days, it came after 3! I still had 2 days left on my scool trip when it came... Quote

Topsy Cret Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 (edited) Once when I didn't receive a a piece of strong essential to the set, I contacted LEGO about it. They sent over two within three weeks. I've never encountered problems with my PaB orders. I think the worst I've ever gotten was when my Taj Mahal was three months late. Normally I wouldn't have been worried, but seeing as how it had 6000 pieces, I contacted the company. They apologized, I got my package two weeks later with free shipping! Oh yeah! Score!
