Posted September 20, 200915 yr Thousands of years before the battle of Yavin battles took place. Help the Mandalorians that are pitched up against the fierce death watch. Help them fight with their new technologies and weapons. Build up your army with the Basilisk War Droid, armed with a rotary laser canon and fierce jets. Includes Mandalorian Engineer, Assasult Trooper, Captain and Heavy Trooper Basilisk war droid come with stand for realistic play Use the 'launcher' to fly your troops into battle! Combine with 8025 Death Watch battle pack for more fun I chose this due to my liking of Mandalorians and because we haven't really seen any sets situated before episode 1. I'm sure a real Mandalorians battle pack would be popular among fans so I tried my best to create a rendition of what one could turn out like. I added a variety of troops and weapons to the set. Also adding a vehicle and turret for a little variation. Pics are links Full Gallery Edited September 20, 200915 yr by Skipper 24
September 20, 200915 yr This is the best bettlepack I've seen! I really like the Basilisk! Are you gonna show us the ''8025 Death Watch battle pack ''?
September 20, 200915 yr Do you guys have to keep making it harder for me to choose? I love this! Especially the War Droid. The thing that really puts me off though is the bald clone Mandalorian. I would have used a clone jetpack if anything, but I don't want my mando's helmetless! Best of luck!
September 21, 200915 yr Very nice i would buy lots of these. The catapult is a step up from the tank droid. I also like the speeder and turret.
September 21, 200915 yr Great premise for a set Skipper! Mandalorians have always had that inherent cool factor (as begun by Boba Fett) and I reckon a battle pack would please many an AFOL. I like your Basilisk but think it'd be cool to see if fleshed out a little more. 'Catapults' and the like in sets are so much spare parts as far as I'm concerned and I reckon you could use the parts to fill out your Basilisk, giving it bigger, clawed arms, etc. - parts permitting That aside, great concept, good luck in the contest!
September 21, 200915 yr Very nice! I always like Madalorians. I just looked on Wookiepedia at the Madalorian wars and spotted a mistake in the figures: Beginning 3,976 BBY End 3,960 BBY How can it end before it has begun?
September 21, 200915 yr Nice Mandalorian battlepack, nice mini Basilisk war droid. And a catapult. Joey Lock said: I just looked on Wookiepedia at the Madalorian wars and spotted a mistake in the figures:Beginning 3,976 BBY End 3,960 BBY How can it end before it has begun? Well thats because its like Before and After Christ. For example you have 3,976 BBY then 3,960 BBY until 0 BBY, then comes 0 ABY and 1,000 ABY etcetera. the Inventor
September 21, 200915 yr Author Thanks for the comments guys . @Mr. Mandalorian: Hehe, as my old grandpa once said 'The early bird catches the worm'. Well, he didn't but it sounded good . @Commnder Neyo: We'll have to wait and see. @Darth Legolas: He's not bald, he just has no hair and has a extremely freakish face @Pedro: I was thinking about the arms looking a little weedy but couldn't find a suitable solution to fix them
September 24, 200915 yr DANG!! thats one AWESOME Basilisk The Mandos are really cool, and the accessories-turrets are pretty good I really like this BP The Box art is really good aswell Good luck in the competition CommanderFox
