I loved the idea of the Emperor's Hand ever since I read the Thrawn trilogy and was introduced to Mara Jade and the Emperor's Hand so when the time came to come up with a concept for a Battle Pack I thought why not. I get the sense that EU isn't all that popular on EB but I had fun creating this BP (putting aside the dead camera and poor photography).

Nice idea and I saw it on brickshelf an hour ago and asked myself when it would be on Eurobricks. It's a cool idea and I think it's interesting you decided to do an emporor's hand MOC. I think the orange does'nt really go with the rest of the speeder so I would work on that. Good job though.

This is a great entry and I love the Royal Guards The speeder looks very sleek and I would buy this battle pack for sure.

pretty good so far fumoffu but I think it needs a bit of work imo. Minifigs look great and go well with each other. The speeder looks sound but I dont know why theres a big orange engine on it. The orange doesnt really go well with the black and browns

Thanks guys for all the comments so far. Just a few response here:

My bad for posting my competition entry into the wrong section. Sorry. I now know better.

As for the Orange ... its a moment of madness really. I was finishing up the speeder and thought the rear looks ordinary then my glaze fell on an old Exo-Force and I thought "why not". The orange does stand out a bit. I'll see if I can come up with something better with Mark II of the speeder.

The chick on the speeder is not Mara Jade (it should be). Its supposed to be a generic Emperor's Hand. I happen to subscribe to the school of thought that says no main characters in Battle Packs. I was going to have a Battle Pack with a random Emperor's Hand with 4 variations available but I saw someone had that idea for another Battle Pack so I saved myself some work and settled for 1 generic character. When I work on Mark II of the speeder I will use Mara Jade as the character. Just need to pop a red colour female hairpiece on it and its done.

I personally don't mind the orange. The sticker's not the brightest idea, but I don't mind the orange.

The reason being that this is an experimental fighter. They don't have to be perfect.

The tanited figs strike again! The only thing is that the speeder is brown. It looks a bit out of place for the Emperor. I would buy pretty much every entry there is! You gave me some inspiration for an entry. Better get cracking. Hope you get a working camera.
