The Life Saver:

It was originally a 60s station wagon, but I apocified it and turned it into an Ecto 1-esque combat ambulance.

It is commisioned by Doc and his driver, Chuck, along with Rex, the rescue dog.

The car is intended to rescue people while on patrol and deliver them to proper hospital, while also providing care inside.

There is a stretcher compartment and a detatchable rescue motorcycle on the side. has many sirens.

I like the "hood ornament"

Looks pretty neat samthelegoman1, the wagon by itself would look great too. Some of the post-apoc details are great, such as the grates and chains, but others I don't feel work very well. For one, to be believable as a post-apoc car it really needs some of its original car sections to be brown or grey to show they are worn, rusted, the paint has chipped and bits have been replaced. Also, some of the guns on the top are kind of just there, instead of being properly functional. I think with a few mods though it will look fantastic.

They're not really guns, the red thing is a siren and the other one's a high-powered light.

Hello!

The attachments of all the little gadgets and equipment to all sides and top of the vehicle really represents the thinking of apocalytic thinking well. Take what you can get, you might need it some day! That doctor by the way looks really scary! :skull:

Cheers,

The only thing I regret is not giving it a more curvy and raised roof in the back. Most 50s and 60s ambulances were ordered to become conversion tops because of new ambulance size regulations, in order to let paramedics help the patients along the way, not just deliver them to hospitals.

Very nice. I like all the bits and pieces tagged on but the best will have to be the bike. I'm just wondering whether the windows round the side and back need extra protection. Seem a bit "naked" for an APOC MOC.

Yeah, I guess.

BUT, I'am almost finished with a normal ambulance version with a taller top and a different grille design. I also took out the second row of seating for medical equipment. It's still an 8-wide beast, though
