I've been a LEGO fan since I was a child, and although I haven't bought a set in quite some years, I still have fond memories of the old LEGO sets. I recently started rebuilding the huge pile of parts I had back into the original sets (using online instructions) to various success; sadly, most can’t be fully rebuilt, but it’s still nice to see some old vehicles and spaceships come to life! Most of them are late 80’s – early 90’s sets, predominately LEGO City, some Castle sets, a large Pirate ship with a small Imperial guard tower and some LEGO Space. The Castle sets are in pretty bad shape, sadly the Pirate ship too, but at least all of the Space sets are fully built with only a single small piece missing between all of them. I’m still undecided what to do with the incomplete sets… Either way, nice to see such a large LEGO community, especially that there are older fans! Quote
